We are hiring a business development manager to take over a mix of existing SiGMA & AIBC accounts and new sales territory within the UK Market. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
  • Act as the main point of contact for new and existing accounts
  • Upsell and cross-selling to clients to maximize profit
  • Manage client logistics prior to an event and onsite
  • Attend networking events and trade shows – Keep up-to-date with industry news and trends
