Revpanda is an award-winning B2B digital marketing agency that has helped several brands expand their operations and generate more profits. Maria Debrincat sat down with Emre Goktas, CEO and co-founder of Revpanda, to talk about marketing in general.

You won AGS’s Marketing Agency of the Year award this year, how did you approach this title? How important are these awards for a growing brand?

For us, awards are a confirmation and signal that people recognize and value our work. It correlates with our values, the growth of the company, and customer feedback. It helps young companies like ours build the brand they envisioned when they founded the company. Because we perceive the award as a trust of authority.

Considering the hard work and dedication in 2021, it was expected to be nominated for several awards within the industry as its goal is to help clients and provide a high level of 360° service.

What’s the most notable progress you’ve seen since the launch of RevPanda?

Successfully building an international team is one of our major achievements. Our team is mainly made up of young people, and we sincerely believe that teamwork makes dreams come true. Finding the right talent in a rapidly growing environment can be challenging, and there’s great satisfaction in being part of a hardworking and ambitious community.

Due to COVID restrictions, many businesses have had to switch to digital and use digital tools for promotion. We happened to be at the right time and place; As a global presence, the growth of online gaming and cryptocurrencies has played an important role.

As the industry has grown, we have grown together and our team has transformed from a three-person agency to a structured company that brings together more than 100 content creators from all over the world and more than 40 colleagues in our offices in Riga and Istanbul.

Last but not least, winning the award is a big milestone for us, but it’s not the only one. We have created more than 20 million words of content in different languages, launched a worldwide payment method testing service, developed more than 40 websites, built more than 3000 links from authoritative publishers, and increased revenue by 900% year-over-year.

As the main face of SiGMA gatherings and events, can you tell us more about how these networking opportunities provide a platform for growth?

It was temporarily suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but thanks to SiGMA gatherings and events, we were able to expand our network in 2021. Because the network plays an important role in the industry, attending SiGMA events “has a very positive effect.” You’ll have great opportunities to establish new trading partners, do business with new companies, and follow existing partners.

In addition to having a great time and fun at SiGMA’s events, it’s clear that these events have had an impact on our growth.

We already confirmed SiGMA’s booth in November and sponsored eight iGatherings in 2022.

What sets RevPanda apart from the competition and what’s in store for next year?

We believe that speed stands out in the competition. We always deliver projects and results as soon as possible.

All tasks, regardless of size, are a high priority for us. Our dedicated project managers focus on fast-acting solutions and always strive to come up with the most creative approaches and excellent customer service at more than 70 GEOs.

We are also striving to create innovative solutions that can help our partners, such as the payment method testing service that we launched in 2021.

Our main goal is to deliver superior outcomes and provide more services through one channel. This eliminates the need for partners to travel to multiple vendors for design, development, SEO, content creation, and translation. You can outsource everything from one dedicated project manager.

This saves partners a lot of time, as they can receive one invoice for all services provided by a dedicated project manager.

In 2022, we hope to grow further, continue to develop our services, expand into other markets, and cover more regions.
