We are hiring a CIS Director to take over a mix of existing SiGMA accounts and new sales. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
- Act as the main point of contact for new and existing accounts
- Upsell and cross-selling to clients to maximize profit
- Manage client logistics prior to an event and onsite
- Attend networking events and trade shows – Keep up-to-date with industry news and trends
