• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales target
  • Responsible of the sales pipeline for each event with the Head of Sales: determine and work on the acquisition of new clients depending on the geo-target of the event
  • In charge of new clients aquisition
  • Making sure the sales team reach out the KPI´s
  • Ensuring sales team reach out to their leads
  • Overseeing activities of the junior and senior and monitoring performance as a whole
  • Responsible for the CRM & making sure it´s up to date
  • Weekly and monthly reports to COO
  • Chasing for payment
