- Own customer relationships, and become the bridging factor between the customer accounts and the company.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Lead your clients through exhibitions.
- Provide excellent account management to your clients before and during the shows.
- Enter and update customer information in our CRM tool
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle difficult situations.
- Minimum of 1 year’s account management experience or a relateable position.
