SiGMA Group is looking for a  Customer Success Manager, to join our young and vibrant team! This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to establish a career as an account manager in the iGaming sector.

• Assess existing event management structure and tools and suggest/implement improvements / quality control measures to streamline processes and maximise output & quality
• Ensure all processes all adhered to throughout the department
• Manage all aspects of an event from pre-planning, determining resource needs, pre-event marketing, and on-site coordination, to post-event follow up
• Assist in site and vendor selection and negotiating the best possible rates and terms
• Develop effective and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct post-event data and strategic analysis to inform future events

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, such as Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
Excellent knowledge of English.
Cool-tempered and able to handle difficult situations.
Minimum of 1 year’s account management experience or a relateable position.
