SiGMA Group is looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager, to join our young and vibrant team! This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to establish a career as an account manager in the iGaming sector.

Responsibilities

  • Own customer relationships, and become the bridging factor between the customer accounts and the company.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Lead your clients through exhibitions.
  • Provide excellent account management to your clients before and during the shows.
  • Enter and update customer information in our CRM tool

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, such as Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle difficult situations.
  • Minimum of 1 year’s account management experience or a relateable position.
