The SiGMA Group is facilitating high volumes of M&A activity, where companies are being supported in the process of buying or selling businesses and company structures, and the process of raising capital via a mergers and acquisitions process. SiGMA Group is looking for someone to act as a facilitator between investors, buyers & sellers.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with and introduce potential counterparts, investors, buyers, sellers through marketing, networking, personal contacts, and SiGMA extensive Data Base
- Plan, lead and execute all aspects of M&A departments activities
- Be the first point of contact for all potential M&A transactions
- Support SiGMA M&A clients in the process of building their MA transaction case, with investment decks, valuation matrixes , unique selling points etc ..
- Evaluating Strategic investment opportunities through basic operational/commercial due diligence
- Develop measurable KPIs, and report directly to C level Board
- Performing industry research to identify opportunities for growth within SiGMA’s existing businesses or expansion into new areas
- Coordinating and implementing due diligence for potential transactions
- Ability to operate with a high degree of sensitivity and confidentiality
- Ability to comfortably manage multiple projects simultaneously in a highly dynamic environment
- Monitor and manage existing direct investment portfolio
- Implement approved Direct Investment strategy and plans.
Requirement:
- 2 years of analytical work and relevant M&A transaction execution experience at a top-tier investment bank, strategy consulting firm, or incorporate M&A department
- Understand the iGaming & Emerging Tech market
- Demonstrate excellent skills in project execution & Proactivity
- Excellent communication skills
