RESPONSIBILITIES:

Media Partnerships : 

  • Manage and nurture existing media partners for 3 verticals: Gaming, Emerging Tech, and Med-Tech.  
  • Outsource new Media partners, and close a barter deal to promote our events and news section.  
  • Taking care of all aspects of media relations: draft the agreement, get it signed, add it to the drive folder, exchange materials, include them on the media partners list and SiGMA Group media lists.  
  • Taking care of the media partner exposure on our site: Logo insertion, create the dedicated landing page, articles to publish (if offered), banner (if offered), magazine…  
  • Chase and follow up with partners to have all our materials inserted on their site and all update them accordingly. 
  • Try to get maximum exposure and support by building a good relationship with them which is the key to media partnerships.  
  • Send PRs to the media list whenever there is a new one or an official announcement from SiGMA 
  • Keep checking and sending articles to some special websites that have the SiGMANews section.  
  • Try to get deals of links exchange (articles) with high domain authority sites to improve our SEO (Do-Follow). 

 LinkedIn Bots : 

  • Make a plan of campaigns including targets, countries, keywords, the goal of the campaign  
  • Create LinkedIn bot campaigns to outsource new leads for the sales team and promote registration for our events.  
  • Manage the Linked Helper software and be on top of sales accounts and report results after each campaign. 
  • Make sure to do campaigns correctly and delete duplicates to avoid  sending messages to the same people from different accounts
