Our Sales Manager’s responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.   • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales process
  • Generate own leads as well as converting inbound inquiries
  • Design and implement a sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Be prepared to travel overseas to exhibitions and conferences
  • Upsell and cross-sell to clients to maximize profit
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their business needs
  • Lead your clients through exhibitions
  • Provide excellent account management to your clients before and during the shows
  • Ready to focus on different regions


  • Proven work experience as a Sales/Account Manager or Sales Account Executive
  • Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
