Getting to AIBC Eurasia 2025
We’ve taken all the necessary steps to make your journey to the expo and conference as hassle-free as possible.
Take the official Shuttle to the conference and expo happening on the 24th and 25th February:
Enjoy constant shuttle service between Festival City hotels (InterContinental, Crowne Plaza, and Holiday Inn) and the Festival Arena venue. Running during peak hours in both the morning and afternoon, large buses ensure a seamless journey. Hop on for a convenient and hassle-free ride to the event!
Activities such as the official party on the 25th includes transportation from the VIP dinner taking place that evening at Karam al Bahr. Visit our online agenda for more information.

Beat the queues
Pre-registration will be available to delegates looking to collect their badge early and beat first day queues. Join us on the 23rd of February from 10.00 to 22.00 at the Vista Lounge in the Intercontinental Hotel. Have your ticket handy, a digital version is enough and don’t forget to have a form of identification with you. Join the networking drinks and break the ice with fellow delegates from 18.00pm onwards.

AIBC Eurasia 2025 to take place at the Festival Arena
AIBC Eurasia will hold its fifth event for the MENA markets in Dubai this February. Taking place at the Festival Arena and the Intercontinental Hotel Festival City Dubai from the 23rd to 25th of February, the event is expected to attract a 14,000-strong crowd to the expo. The event will also be held back-to-back with Affiliate World, which takes place on the 26th and 27th of February in Dubai – making AIBC Eurasia a must attend.
