Aristocrat Interactive appoints Nir Hakarmeli to lead iGaming & sports division

Aristocrat Interactive has announced the appointment of industry veteran Nir Hakarmeli as the new Managing Director of its iGaming & Sports division. This move highlights the company’s commitment to expanding its global presence in online gaming and sports betting while strengthening its digital offerings.

Leadership to accelerate growth

Nir Hakarmeli will be responsible for leading the iGaming & Sports division, with a remit to create next-generation products for land-based and online operators in regulated markets globally. Nir has more than 14 years of B2C gaming experience and possesses strong industry acumen and the ability to understand the needs of both operators and customers.

Nir’s responsibility is to build Aristocrat Interactive’s portfolio, provide complementary digital gaming solutions, and foster sustainable business growth. His strategic direction will help the company create strong partnerships and expand its presence in key markets worldwide.

Extensive industry experience

Before joining Aristocrat Interactive, Nir Hakarmeli held key leadership positions at major gaming companies. He most recently served as International Managing Director at Evoke, where he played a significant role in expanding international operations and shaping global growth strategies.

Before that, he was Director of Gaming at William Hill, where he helped reinforce the company’s gaming portfolio. His business development, product development, and expansion experience places him well to helm Aristocrat Interactive’s online growth.
