Aspire Global reports 43% rise in revenue in Q1/21

Effective deals with the industry’s biggest fish have maintained momentum for Aspire Global’s growth

With Aspire Global’s €48.1m in revenue in the first quarter of 2021, the increase of 43% in comparison to last year shows the unstoppable upwards trend of the company. This is indicative of the growth of the iGaming industry as a whole, while land-based casinos in Las Vegas i.e. are still suffering of high losses, as SiGMA News reported.

Aspire Global’s earnings after tax increased by 140% to €6.1m since last year, and EBITDA by 64% to €8.2m.

Aspire Global’s growthThe rapid growth can be attributed to several deals beneficial to Aspire Global, as well as internal development.

A major milestone in Europe was the acquisition of BtoBet. In the US, deals with Rush Street Interactive and platform provider GAN improved the company’s standing immensely.

Aspire Global now holds respectable presence in both the UK and the US. Especially in the US, iGaming is catching on, in part as more states considering legalisation. Pennsylvania and Michigan are the next objectives for Aspire Global.
