Aurum Solutions announces the appointment of Steve Bates to the position of Head of Product and Technology

Bates will lay out the road map for our development team to build an even more efficient and robust product, and drive the adoption of new technology across the company.

With more than 26 years of experience in the software, tech and reconciliation industry, Bates brings knowledge and expertise that will shape Aurum’s future developments, taking the company, product and team to the next level.

Bates joined Accurate Software in 1995 – a company founded by our current directors – where he held a variety of technical and product leadership roles over 10 years. Now, 16 years later, he returns bringing with him a wealth of experience gained from key roles in other software companies to continue his journey with Aurum.

With the experience of being IT Director at FISERV and Actian Corporation, CTO at FirstCare, and Head of Business IT at Aptitude, Bates brings a track record of successful implementations and new technology adoption in challenging and dynamic environments. With the industry expertise and the energy, he proved to be the perfect fit for this role at Aurum Solutions, adding value to the company and its clients.
