Awards night and charity auction at the BIS Awards
The BIS Awards Night began with jazz, drinks, and lots of networking. It was a night to reconnect and meet new people, enjoy the cuisine and the company of work colleagues, and celebrate the winners of 30 categories selected and chosen by BIS.
The event also held a charity auction, with items such as an official Palmeiras shirt signed by the entire team, an official São Paulo shirt also signed by the whole team, and two guitars signed by Zezé de Camargo.
Journalist and presenter Rodrigo Bocardi hosted the presentation of the BIS winners and conducted the auction. The two guitars signed by Zezé de Camargo were tied in value and auctioned for 5,000 euros each.
Honour awards
In this edition, 5 people went up on stage to receive the Honour Award. They were:
- Regis Dudena, Secretary of Prizes and Betting at the Ministry of Finance;
- Gallo, founder and CEO of Centurion FC — a mixed martial arts (MMA) club;
- Victor Mautone, founder of the Eightroom Group;
- Witoldo Hendrick Júnior, president of Abrajogo;
- Luiz Felipe Maia, founding partner of Maia Yoshiyasu Advogados.
The other 25 winners from the 30 categories are:
- As Sponsor of the Year, SuperBet stood out and took the award.
- iGaming Media won the title of Best Marketing Agency.
- As Best Marketing Campaign, BetNacional wins.
- Gambling addiction is a significant concern in Brazil, and the winner of the title for Best Responsible Gaming Initiative was EBAC – Empresa Brasileira de Apoio ao Compulsivo.
- For Best Action Against Gambling Addiction, the winners were EstrelaBet & FUMEC.
- Cassino.Bet.Br won in the category of Best Online Casino Brand.
- As Best Online Sports Betting Brand, 7K was the winner.
- Speaking of media, the winner of Best B2B Media in the sector was Games Magazine Brasil.
- For Best B2C Media for the Bettor, the winner was Apostas FC.
- The C-level Highlight of this edition was Fellipe Fraga, from EstrelaBet.
- As Influencer of the Year, the winner was Pedro Feitosa.
- Lucas Tylty won Best Affiliate of the Year.
- As Best Affiliation Company, the winner was Super Afiliados.
- As Best Platform, Cactus Gaming won in this year’s edition.
- Pragmatic Play won this year as Best Game Producer.
- Diving into games, the winner of Best Crash Game was Aviator Crash (Banana Games).
- The title of Best Slot Game went to Fortune Tiger (PG Soft).
- As Best Bingo Game, the winner was Pachinko (Neko Games).
- The title of Best Payment Method went to OKTO.
- For the second time in the evening, EstrelaBet took to the stage to receive another award, this time in the category of Best Customer Service.
- In the category of Best KYC Solution, the winner was Legitimuz.
- As Best Law Firm, the winner was MYLaw – Maia Yoshiyasu Advogados.
- The Highlighted Professional was Karen Cohen, from Jobs.bet.
- As Executive Woman of the Year, the title was awarded to Talita Lacerda, from 7K.
- Closing the awards night, the Rising Star of the Year was FIRST Sportsbook.
