bet365 expands US reach with launch in Tennessee and Illinois
Global sportsbook operator bet365 has expanded its presence in the US by launching in Tennessee and Illinois simultaneously. With these additions, the company now operates in 13 states, continuing its aggressive expansion in the American market.
bet365 enters Tennessee as independent operator
In Tennessee, bet365 enters as an independent sportsbook operator in the state’s online-only betting market. Sports fans aged 21 and over can now register and access a wide range of betting features through the platform.

Additionally, Tennessee bettors can access a state-exclusive “Super Boost” promotion, offering boosted +100 odds on Tennessee winning their opening March Madness game (maximum $50 stake).
Illinois launch features Walker’s Bluff partnership
bet365‘s entry into Illinois is through a partnership with Walker’s Bluff Casino Resort. Bettors in the state can register online, with in-person wagering available at the resort’s Draft Day Sports Lounge and other outlets via the bet365 mobile app.
A bet365 spokesperson described Illinois’ sports culture as “Never Ordinary”, highlighting its championship-winning teams and dedicated fanbase. The company is offering new Illinois users the same “Bet $5 Get $150 in Bonus Bets” promotion as in Tennessee. The Illinois-specific “Super Boost” promotion grants boosted +100 odds on at least one point being scored in the first tournament game on 20 March (maximum $50 stake).
The Tennessee and Illinois launches come alongside bet365’s relaunch of its “Bracket Challenge” in partnership with Incentive Games. This promotion, linked to the 2025 Men’s College Basketball Tournament, gives participants a chance to win up to $10 million for a perfect bracket.
