Borgata Atlantic City and BetMGM Casino have launched a new slot machine, Triple Treasure, which blends traditional gameplay with modern digital engagement. Developed by AGS, the game introduces a classic three-reel mechanical stepper format enhanced by a progressive jackpot, and it is available to play both in person and online.
As part of the promotional campaign, the two operators are offering an exclusive experience for VIP members. A total of ten VIPs, drawn from both the online and land-based casino audiences, have been invited to try the new slot first-hand. Each will receive five spins at a high-stakes $90 denomination, giving them a premium opportunity to explore the game.
The physical slot machine has been installed at Borgata’s Atlantic City property, but it will be available only for a limited time. Guests can access it until 18 April 2025.
Meanwhile, online players can also access Triple Treasure through the Borgata Casino platform, powered by BetMGM. To boost engagement, an online leaderboard competition is running alongside the launch, offering a total prize pool of $25,000. Players participating online will accumulate points based on their gameplay, with the top scorers eligible for additional casino bonuses. This digital competition adds an extra layer of excitement for those unable to visit the casino in person.
BetMGM has also set up a digital sign-up booth in the Borgata’s main lobby, allowing guests to register for the online version of the experience. The activation was available from 11 April 2025 to 13 April 2025.
The launch of Triple Treasure is part of a broader strategy by Borgata and BetMGM to strengthen their omnichannel offerings—blending physical and digital gaming experiences. The goal is to offer customers a seamless transition between online and in-person play.
Omnichannel experiences like these have become increasingly popular among operators with both online and land-based platforms. They allow for cross-promotional campaigns, wider customer reach, and a more immersive player experience.
Earlier this year, the two companies also introduced Dual Play Baccarat, another example of their integrated approach. The game allowed online players to participate in real-time games hosted at the physical casino. High-definition cameras gave remote players a clear view of the dealer and table, replicating the in-person atmosphere as closely as possible.
With Triple Treasure, Borgata and BetMGM continue to build on this strategy, offering loyal players new ways to engage with casino games—wherever they choose to play.
