Current protocols are being evaluated by the provincial authorities of Enreja in bid to reopen casino installations in the coming days

Salta, Argentina is still in a phase of Preventive and Obligatory Social Isolation (ASPO) but the casinos of the province are under going negotiations to hopefully reopen in the coming days with preventive and security measures in place.

Enreja, (the Regulatory Body for Gaming), is currently coming to conclusions when it comes to activities and possible recovery for casinos and betting houses of the province.

Adrian Amén, vice-president of the organization, confirmed to the local media that currently the possibility of reopening installations is being reviewed, and a response will be given in the following days.

Some of the measures and procedures Enreja is currently involved with, is checking the status and configurations of the machines and equipment, as they have been idle for a long time, in addition to working on the security cameras and making sure the required security and sanitary measures are incorporated in the installations.

The province official said ‘We plan to inspect the rooms in the Capital and once protocols and other aspects are defined and analysed, the situation will be evaluated for reopening”
