Congratulations on your new role as PR Manager at Spribe. What attracted you to the position and the company?
Thanks, I’m pleased to join the team. Actually, the combination of the exciting work and the company’s mission & vision was the factor that attracted me to the position. I was driven by the challenging nature of the tasks’ pull and the opportunity to work with a team of talented professionals in a dynamic environment. SPRIBE is already a trendsetter aiming at the next stage of development that should be even more impressive – it seemed the ideal time for me to join and reach together the new hights. I strongly believe that SPRIBE’s team expertise and my PR experience in the industry will be a great synergy that will produce significant results to the company and professional growth to me.
What does your role cover, and what are your key responsibilities?
As a member of the SPRIBE team, my role is multifaceted and covers a range of important responsibilities. At a high level, my primary focus is on the development and implementation of two key strategies: PR and Employer Brand.
Regarding the PR strategy, I work closely with the team to develop comprehensive plans for communicating the company’s news and initiatives to the broader public. This involves identifying newsworthy topics, crafting compelling messages, and liaising with journalists and media outlets to secure coverage. Additionally, I am responsible for monitoring the media landscape to identify opportunities and risks, as well as developing crisis communications plans in the event of negative coverage.
In addition to PR, I am also responsible for leading the development and implementation of our Employer Brand strategy. This involves working closely with HR and leadership teams to develop and promote a strong company culture and reputation as an employer of choice. This includes initiatives such as employee engagement programs, diversity and inclusion efforts, and talent attraction and retention strategies.
Overall, my role at SPRIBE is critical to ensuring that the company’s messaging and reputation remain strong, both internally and externally. Through my work on the PR and Employer Brand strategies, I am able to make a significant contribution to the success of the company, and I take great pride in my role and responsibilities.

Can you tell us more about your background? How will your experience benefit Spribe?
I have been working in the iGaming industry since 2018, and during this time, I have gained a wealth of experience in various aspects of the industry. I have worked in both B2B and B2C companies, which has given me a comprehensive understanding of the iGaming landscape.
My experience in the industry includes working at SBTech and DraftKings in Operations department where I was responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the platforms, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, managing customer support, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
In 2021, I joined Turbo Games as Head of International PR, where I was responsible for developing and implementing brand and PR strategies. This included organizing the company’s participation in industry exhibitions, which allowed us to showcase our products and services to potential customers and partners. I also developed a deep understanding of the importance of maintaining a positive reputation in the industry, and I worked hard to build strong relationships with key media outlets and influencers.
Overall, my background in the iGaming industry, combined with my experience in operations and PR, makes me uniquely qualified to contribute to Spribe’s success. I have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing companies in this space, and I am well-equipped to help Spribe navigate the rapidly evolving landscape.

How will you be driving greater awareness of Spribe?
As the PR Manager of Spribe, my goal is to drive greater awareness of our company and establish our brand as a leading B2B provider in the iGaming industry. To achieve this, I will be implementing a comprehensive PR strategy that encompasses the following activities:

● Securing media coverage;
● Developing content for thought leadership;

Can you share any interesting updates from Spribe over the next few months?
Sure! Spribe has had a lot of exciting updates recently. Here are a few:
Obtaining an Ontario license is a significant achievement for Spribe. This means that the company is now licensed to operate in the Canadian province of Ontario, which could open up new opportunities for growth in the Canadian market.
Winning the Games Provider of the Year Category in the SiGMA – World’s Gaming Festival Eurasia awards 2023 is another impressive achievement for Spribe. This award recognizes the company’s excellence in game development and innovation.
Being shortlisted for two categories in the EGR Global B2B Awards 2023 is also a significant accomplishment. The fact that Spribe was recognized for innovation in both mobile gaming software and mobile gaming is a testament to the company’s commitment to developing cutting-edge technology.
Finally, Spribe’s recent partnerships with some top operators and aggregators in the industry are exciting news for the company. These partnerships could help Spribe expand its reach and bring its innovative games to a wider audience.
