eCOGRA greenlights LeoVegas’ responsible gaming framework

LeoVegas’ framework and routines for the protection of consumers assessed by eCOGRA

Leo Vegas’ responsible gaming framework has just been approved by eCOGRA, the testing body for eCommerce Online Gaming Regulation and Assurance. The agency specialises in testing and assessing companies within the gaming market.

Gustaf hagmanThrough this review, the body asserted the operator’s services are in line with the European Commission’s protection regulations.

Gustaf Hagman, Group CEO for LeoVegas remarked “Offering a safe and secure gaming experience and preventing minors from online gambling has always been our top priority.’

This certification reassures that Leo Vegas’ work has been assessed and reviewed by an external, independent party that confirms that the operator is in conformity with the Commission’s recommendations.

This assessment covered all of LeoVegas’ brands and markets with the brand taking this assessment on its initiative to ensure a safe and responsible gaming experience for all players.

Hagman concluded that the ‘work doesn’t end here; we will continue the need to develop and raise the bar within the entire industry, to ensure gaming remains an exciting and safe form of entertainment.”
