Glitnor Group acquires Malta-based iGaming affiliate KaFe Rocks Ltd

David Flynn of Glitnor Group tells SiGMA News that the brand is excited for future growth together as they expand across new markets

Glitnor Group has purchased KaFe Rocks Ltd, a Malta-based iGaming subsidiary, for a confidential sum that hasn’t been disclosed. Glitnor’s expansion into the lead generation market will be aided by this acquisition, contributing to the company’s long-term growth.

This acquisition will see Feda Mecan, co-founder of KaFe Rocks, joining the Glitnor board of directors, and Simon Pilkington, CEO of KaFe Rocks, joining the senior management team. The current management structure of KaFe Rocks will be maintained.

When asked to comment on this acquisition, Simon Pilkington, KaFe Rocks CEO, told the press that the leadership team at Glitnor has wowed him making him highly optimistic for what the future holds for both KaFe Rocks and the Glitnor Group.

Since the beginning of discussions, it’s been evident that both firms share a vision for growth, but that they also value the people who drive it and believe in cultivating a culture that has allowed individuals to succeed.

The confidence Giltnor Group has shown to keep being KaFe Rocks is greatly appreciated expresses Pilkington, and he is highly motivated to deliver the outcomes that will assist the new company to achieve its objectives.

Glitnor Group’s B2C division, which includes online casino brands Lucky Casino and Gambola, will both benefit from the transaction. Swintt, a Glitnor-owned casino content provider, has been growing its global footprint after launching its slot portfolio in Latvia recently.
