Ibex.ai claims system helps generate 20% more NGR than a manual campaign

This study has proven conclusively that the technology at the core of Ibex.ai’s business is capable of generating significantly higher profits with considerably fewer costs

Ibex.ai, a leader in AI, conducted a ground-breaking study that resulted in 20% more Net Gaming Revenue while using 17% less bonus spend than a manual campaign run by a team utilising a well-known CRM vendor.

Ibex.ai - how it worksWhen the two were pitted against each other, Ibex.ai’s technique, which depended exclusively on AI and was not bound by traditional staffing costs, generated 11% more income from new players. Furthermore, 7% more came from players who had been inactive for some time. During the two-month experiment, players were split 50/50, with Ibex.ai receiving even player IDs and the incumbent supplier receiving odds. VIPs were not included in the findings to avoid any irregularities, and similar activities were made available to both parties.

These results are persuasive for sportsbooks and casinos wanting to reduce costs and boost margins. The startling data, in Thomas Aigner’s opinion, will be good news for operators facing spiraling expenses as they plan for 2023, according to Ibex, which is offering free system trials.

Aigner went on to say “Our experiment, which is the first conducted in the industry, has proven conclusively that the technology at the core of our business is capable of generating significantly higher profits with considerably fewer costs.

“Lots of our rivals talk about automation but can only do this after implementing rule-based systems involving the likes of customer journeys and gamification. That isn’t self-learning, nor is it capable of 100% automation.

“We are now calling on operators and suppliers to challenge us and test our solutions to find out for themselves the ease with which Ibex can improve profits and save money.”

Its CRM now covers 65 casino and sports firms, with over 10 million players under its supervision. All new partners are given the chance to evaluate their models during a three-month date exchange trial using the company’s self-service site, which requires no integration.

Operators can use Ibex’s platform to fully automate and customise their player-focused campaigns. Furthermore, because it does not necessitate a large CRM team, it frees operators from being mired down in a never-ending loop of individual campaigns, giving them more time to think creatively and imaginatively.
