INSPIRE Entertainment Resort has appointed Hanna Lee as its new Senior Vice President of Strategy Marketing. The announcement comes as the Incheon-based integrated resort marks its first anniversary and works to strengthen its non-gaming business operations.
In her new role, Lee will be responsible for overseeing the overall marketing strategy for INSPIRE’s non-casino segments. According to the company, her key focus will be “enhancing customer-centric digital marketing capabilities and boosting brand competitiveness.”
Lee brings more than 24 years of experience in strategy and marketing. She started her career at Bain & Company and has held senior roles at GS Retail, LINE, and British American Tobacco (BAT). She is recognised for her expertise in driving digital transformation, elevating customer experience, and aligning marketing initiatives with long-term business objectives.
In conjunction with her appointment, INSPIRE has restructured key marketing-related teams including Customer Experience (CX), Brand, and Global Communications to improve operational efficiency and strengthen integration across all marketing functions.
The company said this move is aimed at “improving operational efficiency and strengthening integration across all marketing functions.”
“Welcoming Hanna Lee to INSPIRE marks a pivotal moment as we celebrate our first anniversary,” said Chen Si, President of INSPIRE.
“Her strategic insight and deep expertise will enable us to deliver more differentiated guest experiences and drive INSPIRE’s growth as a premier global integrated resort.”
Lee’s appointment comes just days after Shirley Tam was named Chief Casino Marketing Officer at INSPIRE. Both appointments signal the resort’s efforts to enhance leadership across its gaming and non-gaming operations following its transition to new management under Bain Capital.
