MaxBet seals the deal, acquires El Dorado Slots Clubs

MaxBet have reached an agreement to purchase the El Dorado Slot Clubs’ arcade properties. This is set to increase MaxBet’s presence in the Serbian domestic market.

El Dorado Slot Clubs receives warm welcome from Maxbet

MaxBet has confirmed that it reached a deal with BARGAME AD, a subsidiary of CT GAMING Bulgaria. MaxBet will be acquiring El Dorado Slots Clubs’ eleven arcade gaming properties located throughout Serbia.

The acquisition is significant from a strategic perspective.  This way, MaxBet, the parent company of MaxBet Kladionica betting points, will lead in the Serbian arcade and slot machine operations.

In a press release, Group CEO Darko Živanov commented on the MaxBet family welcoming El Dorado Slot Clubs. “We firmly believe in the further growth and development of the slot business segment and the successful implementation of our business skills and experience in running companies in the industry.”

This acquisition is a continuation of MaxBet’s strategy, mixing organic expansion with selected acquisitions in Serbia and the region.
