SiGMA Europe 2024 is gearing up for another exciting round of competition as we announced the top 6 finalists for the SiGMA Europe Startup Pitch. The event will take place on 12 November at the Mediterranean Maritime Hub (MMH) in Malta and will serve as an excellent platform for emerging businesses in the industry.
All applicants for the competition were given a dedicated booth space to attract top investors and mentors at the summit. But only the top 6 finalists will gain access to a startup lounge where they can meet investors and be featured on the megawall, along with opportunities to present on stage, receive networking invitations to premium events during the SiGMA Europe summit, and obtain SiGMA PR packages that include magazines, website features, email newsletters, and interviews. The winner will take home not only equity investment opportunities but also a 2×2 booth, digital marketing services from SiGMA, office space, and recruitment services.
Out of over a hundred startups showcasing their innovative products and services, these top 6 finalists impressed our judges and advanced to the finals. These young companies will take the stage to present their businesses for a maximum of three minutes, followed by another three minutes to address questions from the judges and potential investors, including Vinícius Moraes De Carvalho (Investment Partner at Ikigai Ventures), Joe Pisano (Founder & CEO at Jade Group of Companies), Mark Blandford (Partner at Burlywood Capital), Mariusz Gąsiewski (CEE Mobile Gaming & Apps Lead at Google), Susan Breen (Partner at Mishcon de Reya), and Robert Duboff (Director at Velo Capital Partners). HOGAMBA combines gaming and iGaming expertise, supported by a strong foundation in esports content. This Croatian company started with a livestream engagement tool for streamers, Gamio.GG, for the last two years before it evolved into HOGAMBA, a never-seen product in the casino industry.
This innovative livestream engagement tool for streamers targets GEN Alpha and GEN Z audiences. Backed by industry leader Superbet, HOGAMBA integrates features such as skins, loot boxes, and seasonal content from gaming to provide an engaging casino experience.
