NFL’s Steelers break into sports betting with BetMGM partnership

The Pittsburgh Steelers, who’s loyal fan base dominates the NFL, announced yesterday (November 24) that operator BetMGM will be their first gaming partner.  

Steelers NFLThe Pittsburgh Steelers are the 5th oldest franchise in the National Football League (NFL), notorious for their loyal fanbase. BetMGM is a leading sports betting and digital gaming entertainment company. The operator had recently received its online casino and sports betting license in Pennsylvania, and plan on going live in the state in the next few weeks. 

The partnership comes during a time when sports betting has gained momentum across the United States of America. For the Steelers, this means branching out into a new fruitful area that would cater to the needs of their loyal fanbase. 

The operator will fulfil a host of roles revolving around fan-focused initiatives. BetMGM will also have access to Steelers logos and marks in communications regarding product, social media, marketing and digital properties.  

Additionally, the operator will become an ‘Official Sports Betting Partner’ of the Steelers following the launch of their online sports betting product by the end of this year. Notably, BetMGM is the proud sponsor of the Steelers Kickoff pregame showappropriately titled the ‘Steelers Kickoff Presented by BetMGM’. 

There will also be will be TV commercial spots during the “Mike Tomlin Weekly Press Conference on Tuesdays, and Steelers Weekly” and “The Mike Tomlin Show” on Saturdays.
