Regnum Carya Esports triumphs at PUBG MOBILE Global Open (PMGO) 2025

Regnum Carya Esports triumphed at the 2025 PUBG MOBILE Global Open (PMGO), clinching their first international championship title. After narrowly missing out on the 2024 PUBG MOBILE Global Championship (PMGC) by just one point, they delivered a dominant performance this year, amassing 106 points across 12 matches, eventually securing the first prize of $100,000.

Regnum Carya’s performance in the tournament

Regnum Carya (team members pictured above) swept the title with an overwhelming 106 points through 12 games. They picked up two chicken dinners and achieved 62 eliminations, showcasing peak consistency. With the pressure-cooker nature of the event, not cracking under stress and delivering game after game is what sets winners apart. And on every strong team, there’s a leader and Regnum Carya’s Sylas is theirs. Staying cool in tight spots and mentally sharp, Sylas directed his team confidently with careful thinking.

Their initial pace, particularly on Day 1, set the tone. But what clinched it was their flexibility. Whether it was clutch battles, zone rotations, or split plans, they aced it. Their positioning in end circles was perfect, and the chemistry among team members made them invincible.

Nigma Galaxy – The strong runner-up

Nigma Galaxy came alive in the final moments. With 86 points and a crucial Chicken Dinner, they climbed the leaderboard steadily. Their experience showed as they knew when to play safe and when to strike hard, securing the second prize of $50,000.

THE721 AGGRESSOR – The dark horse of the tournament

Team THE721 AGGRESSOR took everyone by surprise. With 85 points and two Chicken Dinners, they clinched third place, thanks to their incredible last-match victory. It was the underdog story every tournament needs. Tying in points with THE721 but falling short due to placement and elimination tiebreakers, GOAT Quality ended up fourth. Their consistency kept them in the race, and their ability to bounce back after early setbacks earned them respect.

Teams such as LGD, NEPX, and NS RedForce were promising but lacked the punch needed in crucial games. Their eliminations were strong, but rotational misplays and zones kept them down. Prominent names such as 4Merical Vibes and INFLUENCE RAGE performed below expectations. Aggressive play by 4Merical couldn’t find its groove and settled at 13th. R8 Esports, after a good start, failed to maintain it.
