Game Aggregator and Jackpot Aggregator Integration Empowers SOFTSWISS Ecosystem

SOFTSWISS, an international provider of solutions for the iGaming business sector, has successfully integrated two of its cutting-edge products: the Game Aggregator and the Jackpot Aggregator. This integration now empowers all clients of the aggregation platform with the full capabilities to run efficient jackpot campaigns.

Softswiss-sigma
Game aggregator and Jackpot Aggregator.

This new integration marks a significant breakthrough, thereby creating a unique offering. It not only grants operators access to an extensive portfolio of over 16,000 games from 190+ providers, but also empowers them to launch fully customisable and personalised jackpot campaigns. This strategic move aims to enhance player loyalty and drive iGaming projects towards higher levels of success. Assisted by account managers from the Jackpot Aggregator and the support team from the Game Aggregator, operators can seamlessly navigate through the entire process of managing jackpot events.

The key benefits of this integration for both existing and new clients comprise the following:

Seamless integration: clients of the Game Aggregator gain entry to the Jackpot Aggregator through a one-time API connection with two products, eliminating the need for additional integration.

Enhanced engagement and revenue: the integration aims to boost engagement rates, consequently leading to increased business revenue.

Versatile campaigns: operators enjoy flexibility to set up various jackpot campaigns across a diverse range of games, regardless of their types or providers involved.

Comprehensive support: clients can benefit from full technical and operational support provided by SOFTSWISS.

The Game Aggregator’s current clients eagerly anticipate the opportunity to enhance their projects with jackpot campaigns. PIN-UP Casino, one of the most significant market players and an existing partner of SOFTSWISS, has become the first client to run jackpots via this integration. Online casino players are already testing the waters with the new functionality while enjoying their favourite games, thereby improving their odds of striking the jackpot and reaping rewards.

Tatyana Kaminskaya, Head of SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator, comments on the integration: “This integration was one of our team’s main goals for this year, and we are proud that it went live seamlessly. The anticipation from our clients, as well as our partnership with a well-known partner like PIN-UP Casino, has been a significant driving force behind our successful launch. We can’t wait to see the results!”

Aliaksei Douhin, Head of SOFTSWISS Jackpot Aggregator, shares his view: “Our player engagement solution is now integrated with the key SOFTSWISS products, laying the foundation for building a successful gambling business. We are thrilled that PIN-UP Casino is the first client to embrace this new integration. This collaboration presents an exciting opportunity for us while offering our partner the chance to elevate engagement rates with unique jackpot games.”

The PIN-UP Casino representative adds: “We are excited about the empowering opportunities that come with the integration of the SOFTSWISS Jackpot Aggregator and the SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator. We eagerly await the results of the first jackpot campaign, and we express our gratitude to the teams behind the renowned solutions for the chance to introduce this new entertainment experience to our players.”

The integration of the Game Aggregator and the Jackpot Aggregator has bolstered the company’s ecosystem of iGaming solutions. Both products were initially integrated into the SOFTSWISS Sportsbook platform.

SkillOnNet debuts unique “Hot or Cold” player feature at PlayOJO
New feature tells players whether a game is on a winning or losing streak so they can decide where to play without having to rely on gut feeling alone

SkillOnNet, the award-wining online casino platform provider behind some of the world’s hottest brands, has debuted a brand-new, player feature called Hot or Cold – launching this week at PlayOJO before being rolled out network wide.

Hot or Cold allows players to see which games are on winning and losing streaks so they can decide which titles they wish to play based on how the game has paid out over the previous hour. Hot games are shown with a flaming red icon while Cold games are shown with a blue ice icon.

The feature has been developed in-house by SkillOnNet with the aim of driving player engagement and increasing retention. It plays on the land-based casino experience where players have superstitions about whether a slot machine or table has already paid out big or is about to.

The launch of Hot or Cold at PlayOJO is being supported by a major advertising campaign across television, digital and social media. The TV ad campaign has now launched in the UK and will soon be followed by a huge push across radio and national and local press.

Following the debut of Hot or Cold at PlayOJO, SkillOnNet will make the feature available to all casinos on its network. This includes the likes of Slingo, SpinGenie, GentingCasino, ZebraWins, Metal Casino, MegaCasino and EUcasino with TV campaigns being launched soon by BacanaPlay in Portugal and PlayUZU in Spain

This is just one of many innovations to come from the SkillOnNet team. The platform provider also offers its partners one of the largest game portfolios in the industry consisting of 3,500+ titles from all of the major developers.

Michael Golembo, from SkillOnNet, said: “Hot or Cold is another great innovation from the team and we are thrilled to be launching it at our flagship PlayOJO brand. Players no longer have to rely on intuition alone to see if a game has been paying out or not. PlayOJO are supporting the launch of Hot or Cold with a major marketing campaign in the UK before we roll out the feature our across the SkillOnNet network. It is this commitment to innovation and marketing that makes us a leading online casino platform partner in the world.”

Crown Casino to impose strict limits
In a bid to curb problem gambling, Melbourne's Crown Casino has been issued strong directives from the Victorian State Government's Casino, Gambling and Liquor regulatory body. Strict limits are to be imposed and effectively enforced on how long an individual can gamble, and how long they must wait to return to the gambling floor. The Government's new directive has been developed in accordance with recommendation 11 of the Royal Commission, re-enforcing that it is the casino operator's imperative to prevent and/or monitor for gambling harm. The details of the policy issue state that Crown casino must enforce a 15-minute break on any gambling participant who has been active for 3 continuous hours, that anyone who has gambled for more than 12 hours in a 24-hour period must take a 24-hour break and no one is permitted to gamble for more than 36 hours in a week. [caption id="attachment_818329" align="alignleft" width="337"]Crown Casino. Crown Casino will be forced to meet new directives.[/caption] Crown casino staff have been afforded the power to exclude anyone from the gambling floor. Along with which, they have been instructed as to how and when they should interact with a person demonstrating signs of gambling harm. Actions such as encouraging a patron to take a break and recommending harm services. Punishment for failure to comply or an infringement against these directives has already been set at a maximum of AU$100 million (US$67 million). With any breach worthy of a congruent penalty or disciplinary action from the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission. In a statement made by Melissa Horne, Victoria’s Minister for Casino, Gaming and Liquor Regulation, she stressed the high expectation she has for Crown casino to become a global leader in reduction of gambling harm. As well as expressing the extreme intolerance her governing body would have for anything less than a potent success. It is little wonder directives such as these are being implemented in Australia. In 2017 it was estimated that 200,000 Australians had a “high-level problem” with gambling. A number, judging by the obscene increase in revenue, can only have grown in the interim. Gambling in Australia is one of the biggest global markets, and has been for some time now. So it makes sense that such a lucrative industry should safeguard its customers that spend so much money keeping the industry a float.

The two halls that have shut are namely, the K’s Plaza Mikatsuki hall in Ogi city, Saga Prefecture, and the Big Apple YouPark Motosumiyoshi hall in Kawasaki city, Kanagawa Prefecture. The shutdown of the KS Mikatsuki hall means that the firm no longer has a presence in Kyushu’s Saga Prefecture. Okura Holdings said in a statement that they will be shuttering the pachinko halls doors due to “their deteriorating operating and financial performance since the outbreak of Covid-19 resulting in significant decline in overall customer traffic.” Okura Holdings Ltd“The management considered that as compared to some of the group’s other pachinko halls, which have gradually managed to regain customer traffic since the latter half of 2020, KS Mikatsuki and BA Motosumiyoshi have not yet been able to recover their customer traffic despite the group’s continuous effort. SOFTSWISS Casino Online Platform launches currency exchange feature
The SOFTSWISS Casino Online Platform has recently revealed its latest crypto-centric feature – the in-game currency exchange. The newest feature grants players with balances in crypto the opportunity to play games that do not natively support cryptocurrencies Previously, players who had registered at a casino with crypto as their primary currency would have access only to games that supported cryptocurrency denominations in-game. This meant that if the game provider had not enabled cryptocurrencies, such as mBTC or mETH, as supported currencies, players would have to create a fiat balance in order to open the game. According to due diligence procedures, players with a fiat balance must disclose more personal information, such as full name, date of birth, and address. Once players open a game with their crypto balance selected, they will be able to select a fiat currency to which their active balance is converted via the rates of CoinMarketCap. Therefore, in-game bets will register as those made in a fiat currency in the player’s betting history. All winnings, bonuses, and balance changes will be reflected in the base crypto currency. The player’s will see the exchange rate and their active balance in the game currency as they play, while their base balance will be recalculated after they close the game window. With the launch of the currency exchange feature, players no longer need to register a fiat balance and make a deposit to play their favourite slots, table games, or live dealer titles. They will now be able to make bets across all available games and game providers offered at the casino. If previously the list of crypto-friendly game providers counted 40+ game studios, today players will be able to enjoy game titles from across all 170+ game providers available through the SOFTSWISS Casino Platform. Upon release, all bets made in crypto will be registered as USD bets, with more fiat currency pairs to be added later. Andrey Starovoitov, COO at SOFTSWISS had this to say, “I am pleased to share that we are moving forward in making more games available to our operators’ players. A currency exchange feature has long been associated with crypto dice brands, which have amassed a big audience for classic casino content. With the latest innovation in the form of the currency exchange feature, we are opening up our entire game portfolio for crypto players and operators. We are also simplifying the entire player journey and gameplay experience. SOFTSWISS has always been associated as a crypto-fist brand, and we are happy to reaffirm that position yet again.” Crypto-casinos powered by the SOFTSWISS Online Casino Platform will no longer be limited in the number of game providers available and will be able to increase their game offering. Curacao-licensed casinos will also be able to take advantage of the currency exchange feature.  About SOFTSWISS  SOFTSWISS Casino Platform is a comprehensive platform for managing games, players, payments, bonuses, website content and reporting. Pragmatic Play: The Multiproduct Approach
Pragmatic Play has built an impressive reputation as one of the leading multi-product providers to the iGaming industry through a dedicated approach to creating market-leading products See below what makes each of their verticals tick and how they have achieved their stellar growth rate with both tier-one operators and new entrants to the industry. Live Casino Live Casino has gone from a complementary vertical, focused generally on appealing to the land-based casino audience to becoming something that casinos can no longer do without. The quality of production within this vertical has soared in recent years, ensuring the various games look and feel as close to they would in person, as possible. This has been key to driving new players from less-engaging table games, which in comparison, look fairly old hat. Our portfolio of Live Casino game at Pragmatic Play covers premium versions of Baccarat, Blackjack and Sic Bo, as well as a variety of Roulette variants covering different languages or frequency of spin. Having these core, well-loved games is key to attracting the widest audience of player, but Live Casino can mean so much more than table games. We also launched our first game show, Mega Wheel. This wheel of fortune-inspired title takes from the game show format which has become so popular on television in recent decades. Live action casino content with a human element is the best way to replicate this environment. Nothing else can rival the excitement our professional hosts can build, or the feeling that you’re in the studio playing for yourself, hoping that wheel lands on just the spot so you can celebrate your mega winnings. Mega Wheel is just the first in a series of game show titles which we’ll be releasing in 2021, with Mega Roulette to follow shortly. We want players to look beyond the classics and find something new but relatable. We feel that the vertical has much potential to be tapped into and we’re completely focused on delivering the content that can drive new revenue streams for our operator partners. What perhaps sets Pragmatic Play out from the Live Casino competition is our commitment to quality across the board. All our content is omnichannel by default, and this is the only way to go in casino gaming today, and across every device, players will witness an immersive experience that will keep them entertained and engaged for prolonged periods. This starts with our state-of-the-art gaming studio which mimics the high-spec sets coming live from your TV on a Saturday night. Add to this our amicable, experienced dealers who make players feel at ease and industry-leading video quality, and you’ll see what Live Casino can offer at its best. Live Casino has grown massively in recent months, and we’re expecting to see even more growth in 2021. What players want and operators now need is content that can immerse them fully, and our games do just that. Slots From the onset of their creation, slot games have built a reputation as one of the most exciting forms of gambling. The thrill of landing a huge win as the last reel ticks in place has brought delights to millions, and as technology has improved then the iGaming experience has got ever-more immersive. Our slot portfolio has grown at a rapid rate since our launch date. With a real variety of products, bringing players unique opportunities and experiences regardless of their tastes, our diverse offering ensures players from all over the globe can enjoy an immersive slot play session. Attention to detail has been the order of the day as we create slots, with artfully created environments elevating our products. Amongst the real highlights in our offering is the multi-award-winning Wolf Gold, which continues to be one of our top-performing slots globally even to this day, a number of years after its launch. In recent years there’s been a marked growth in the launch of new, exciting mechanics to the industry, while mobile-first play has never been more prevalent. We’ve always ensured our products are designed to be mobile-optimal, so players can enjoy a Pragmatic Play slot session on the go, on any device. 2020 also saw the launch of our first Megaways™ title, incorporating the industry-favourite brand into our games offering. Our first Megaways™ hit, Great Rhino Megaways™ was met with resounding success and we’ve since released a number of titles with the brand, including our winter game from the same series, Christmas Carol Megaways™. With our slot portfolio filling our focal point for so long as a supplier, we’ve strived to ensure that it stands out from the crowd. Through gamification tools such as Enhance to partnerships with brands like Reel Kingdom and soon Wild Streak to our first branded title, Peaky Blinders, we’ve ensured no stone is left unturned as we strive to produce games that can be enjoyed by everyone while continuing to produce strong revenue streams for our operator partners. Bingo With its history firmly cemented in bingo halls, bingo has for generations been synonymous with a strong sense of community and fans from every generation. It is about enjoying a social experience and interaction with like-minded people as much as it is iGaming. With the transition to online and especially mobile-first gaming, accelerated by the forced closure of land-based venues around the world, bingo been primed for innovation. Since the launch of our product range, we’ve gone from strength to strength offering, not just a polished bingo solution, which now powers a number of major operator brands, but also have brought innovation to a vertical which has been plodding along with the familiar. Our Bingo Blast product has allowed players a truly mobile-first experience, designed to play-the-go or for those who love the classic foundations of the game but want something a bit more engaging and quick fire. By taking players from the initial launch of a game right through to a two or even one-to-go (1TG) state through a quick ‘blast’ of balls, Bingo Blast takes players straight to the most exciting parts of a bingo game without taking away any of the traditional enjoyments. With a cleverly crafted UI that has been designed to be easily reskinned (such as our Snowball Blast theme for winter), the game retains all the core fundamentals of bingo, just with quicker gameplay and high definition graphics not usually seen on a bingo product. Our innovation in the sector has not just been limited to Bingo Blast, however. The future launch of our Reels Room will see players play spins on our top performing Pragmatic Play slots rather than cash prizes, with the aim of cross-selling new products to players who would traditionally sit in a singular vertical. By creating hybrid players, there is less player churn and brand loyalty increases due to a wider portfolio of products and features being offered. The strength of our bingo products is based off the planning we do, with the vision to create a network which every participant gains value from. Operators will have access to a cutting-edge product range, players will be able to enjoy incredible bingo experiences, and we can continue to supply great products to the iGaming industry. (more…)

The profile of the modern Casino player in a post-COVID era
At the beginning of 2020, little did we know that this year will not turn out to be what everyone planned. All the plans land-based casinos had formed, went straight out of the window. COVID-19 hit us, and it hit us hard. Question is, what is the modern gambler expecting after this COVID-19 pandemic? With most casinos currently closed or making refurbishments to accommodate health and safety regulations, it is difficult to say. If we look at the current situation we face, some businesses are installing perspex between the business and the client.  Will this be the new way of how casinos  operate?  We all know that COVID-19 is transmitted from one person to another via droplet of saliva or nose droplet, so how confident are players when returning to a casino? The importance of collaboration in the iGaming sector
iGaming operators are constantly striving to match their audience's tastes and ensure that the gaming experience they provide is sine qua non The iGaming sector has an enthusiastic audience whose demands are increasing daily. This audience always looks for ways to satisfy their gaming desires which are not set in stone; therefore, as the iGaming providers strive to meet one desire today, their audience may demand something entirely new tomorrow. iGaming audiences love to have their needs met more than anything. Thanks to technology, iGaming operators offering NordicBet and other iGaming services are constantly finding ways to meet these needs. Understanding the challenging dynamics of the iGaming sector Unfortunately, meeting the demands of iGaming audiences crops up more challenges for operators in the iGaming sector. These challenges present in different forms and have high impacts on operations in the iGaming space. These challenges always keep iGaming operators on their toes and at loggerheads between wanting to satisfy their audiences and not being able to do so because of the different nature of the challenges. As a result, many iGaming operators are implementing different strategies to ensure that their lines are running and they can meet the ever-growing player demands. This mode of operation is not profitable for them, but they keep at it, hoping that things will start to run smoothly after some time. It almost seems like an unending cycle, especially for iGaming operators who have years of experience behind their operations. New demands from iGaming audiences are certain, and the challenges that will come with them are equally certain. Still, nobody can tell how they will appear until they do. The need for collaboration in the iGaming sector The iGaming sector operators continue to adapt and learn how to meet their audience’s demands while tackling various challenges. Still, it appears that a major reason why these challenges are present is that the iGaming operators do not tackle their challenges with a united front. Collaboration, if any, is on a low level even though the challenges affect everybody simultaneously. However, there is a lot of competition. Many iGaming operators believe that being able to solve a certain challenge in a better way than their competition will make audiences choose them over their competitors. Challenges will always come, especially in a sector experiencing massive growth like the iGaming sector. But this is a critical time for the operators in the iGaming sector because they now face very steep competition from other sub-sectors within the gaming industry. The iGaming sector needs collaboration to survive and limit these external competitors' effects. Many experts claim that the iGaming sector quickly adapts to challenges. This is a plus for the sector because most operators have worked on their own not so long ago. The adaptability, swift response, and innovation to the audience’s needs will reach awe-inspiring levels when there is more collaboration in the iGaming sector than the competition. iGaming sector areas that need collaboration: Here are some important areas where collaboration is needed in the iGaming sector.
  • Organise global iGaming standards
The iGaming sector operates in a free-for-all manner. Operators in this space sometimes do too much in a bid to satisfy their audiences. Satisfying your audience should, of course, be a top priority. Still, there should be regulations on design, the technology utilised, and solutions geared towards meeting audience demands. These regulations should mandate the highest standards of commitments from iGaming operators to ensure that they provide the ultimate gaming experience. When every operator in the iGaming industry has set standards to conform to, the audience's demands will more or less mirror those standards. Does this mean that the iGaming operators would no longer respond to market demands? Certainly not, but they can map out a collective response to market demands.
  • Information Dissemination
iGaming operators need to team up to raise awareness about their operations. The ridiculous demands made by gaming audiences are sometimes due to their poor understanding of the scope of iGaming. iGaming operators need to have an information pipeline through which they will regularly feed their audiences with the latest developments. Disseminating information individually may only provide information about a single iGaming franchise. However, the coming together of the iGaming operators to have information spreading wheel can increase the knowledge of their audiences and even educate them about the challenges the sector is facing when it comes to meeting the audience’s demands.
  • New Market Infiltrations
iGaming operators need to actively break down barriers and make forays into new markets. There are currently several opportunities in the gaming world, but most iGaming operators cannot individually make the most of these opportunities because of the broad operational scopes needed to secure them. Other gaming sub-sectors are using a collaborative front to compete against iGaming. iGaming operators must cooperate to maximise opportunities to enter new markets. Conclusion It has become increasingly important for operators in the iGaming sector to collaborate. Many of the challenges facing the sector can be tackled headlong with collaborative forces. If all strategies have not been successful in managing challenges, cooperation and tackling these challenges with a united front will help iGaming operators achieve maximum operational impacts with minimum resource expenditures. Who is Riddick? The Power of Influence
In this exclusive interview, Maria Debrincat joins Mr. Alexander Riddick, an accomplished entrepreneur and affiliate marketing expert as he delves deep into his journey in the industry, the unique features of his program, and his plans to drive PIN-UP.PARTNERS towards becoming a dominant player in the global arena. What are your hobbies? In terms of leisure activities, my primary interest is my career. With 15 years of experience in the traffic and affiliate marketing niche, I have been serving as the Head of PIN-UP PARTNERS for the past six years. In addition to my professional endeavors, I have also diversified my portfolio with various niche businesses, including luxury car rental in Dubai and media holding Origin Creatives. As for personal hobbies, I have a passion for collecting rare and unique alcohol, watches, and automobiles. Furthermore, I enjoy participating in drift racing. How did PIN-UP.PARTNERS come about? PIN-UP.PARTNERS was established following an encounter with Marina Ilyina, the CEO of PIN-UP Global. Given my expertise in traffic, I was referred to her in anticipation of the launch of the PIN-UP product. At that time, my CPA network ranked first for gambling traffic in the CIS region. Following our initial meeting, we promptly embarked on organizing an affiliate program, which yielded favorable outcomes during the 2018 World Cup. Despite our competitors' reluctance to engage in traffic acquisition, we procured over a million players within a month and achieved an average payback period of 2.5 months, paving the way for accelerated expansion. Could you elaborate on your background and initial foray into the industry? I was born into a middle-class family and my initial exposure to technology was when I received my first personal computer at the age of 18. It was then that I began to explore the limitless potential that the internet holds. My first employment opportunity came at the age of 14, when I worked as a loader presser at a waste-paper warehouse. My past experiences have seen me diversify my revenue streams through playing the guitar for money, trading in vintage coins and stamps, and marketing a wide range of products, including Faberlic merchandise, Christmas trees, and flowers for occasions such as Valentine's Day and Women's Day. Pin-Up partners: Riddick. What was your first job or entrepreneurial venture, and how did it generate revenue? At the age of 18, I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey with the establishment of an advertising agency that specialised in printing. However, it was not until I turned 21 that I achieved significant financial success. My business partner and I launched an innovative taxi service in Omsk, which was distinguished by its pioneering Symbian and Java-based mobile applications for drivers, enabling them to efficiently process orders. This was in an era long before the emergence of Uber, Android, and iOS, and the prospects of where it could have led us were exciting had our partners not scammed us. Unfortunately, crime was rampant in Omsk during that period, and as we were inexperienced, we were unable to reclaim the business. How did you get into affiliate marketing? Tell us about your first business in this industry. In 2007, I accidentally discovered the world of traffic. It was during my foray into the taxi service industry when I came across e-mail marketing as an effective means of advertising. In order to promote our taxi service, we had been distributing advertising cards in various establishments such as restaurants, beauty salons, and travel agencies. However, the cost of printing and distribution was prohibitive, and I was reluctant to hire sales managers. As a solution, I decided to conduct an e-mail marketing campaign. Using 2Gis, I manually collected 50 e-mails from various travel agencies and sent them an offer with a clickbait subject line: "1000 business cards for 3 USD." Surprisingly, I received 15 responses, leading to nine meetings and five sales. This experience led me to realize the potential of advertising through e-mail marketing. Subsequently, I discovered that the high conversion rate was due to the fact that at the time, only CEOs and business owners had computers, and there was very little spam online. Can you elaborate on the events or circumstances that led to your entrance into the gambling industry? Initially, my foray into the realm of gambling dates back a decade ago, during my tenure as a proprietor of a Clickunder traffic platform, where the primary client base comprised online casino operators. It was a transformative experience when I became acquainted with a client who disclosed their key performance indicator (KPI), which entailed a target of $100 on first-time deposits (FTD) in a specific region, while the prevailing market stakes stood at a range of $30-$40. In response, I established an affiliate network and capitalised on a re-sell offer, which precipitated a market upheaval that led to the displacement of conventional niches such as e-commerce, mobile subscriptions, commodity offers, and Nutra. Unfortunately, this phenomenon proved to be short-lived as other product affiliates began to emulate our methods, prompting the evolution of networks into app providers for affiliate marketing, which ultimately brought about the end of the re-selling business. Consequently, we pivoted to become an affiliate team. What are some of the unique features and qualities that differentiate PIN-UP.PARTNERS from other affiliate programs operating within the competitive gambling and betting industry? PIN-UP.PARTNERS has consistently demonstrated a competitive edge over its counterparts, spearheading the industry with a multitude of features that are unparalleled in their scope and magnitude. Our distinctive attributes are a testament to our unwavering commitment to transparency, with a transparent rev-share formula that ensures complete accountability and transparency in reporting each player spin count, at any given time. As a company policy, we do not implement retroactive changes to our terms, thereby fostering a sense of trust and reliability among our partners. Our impressive year-on-year growth rates bear witness to the efficacy of our strategies, which are well-aligned with our long-term business objectives. Can you give our readers more context about your new upcoming project CPA.club? CPA.club is the premier community for Russian-speaking webmasters and affiliates, utilising a forum format and offering in-person meeting opportunities to foster a unified community with a significant impact on the market. While the project has not undergone significant development in recent years, we aim to revitalize it by establishing a fresh vision and returning it to its former glory. Our focus for this year is to expand the project's reach in the Western market, while still maintaining its independent status. To achieve this goal, we will be launching a series of entertaining events, meetups, webinars, and conferences to promote the project and bring the community together for the greater good of the market. We also plan to redesign the project and integrate new features to enhance the user experience. ‘The Wolf of Wall Street’, Jordan Belfort is invited to your meetup. Why did you choose him specifically? The CPA CLUB CONNECT Meetup is our inaugural event, and we have meticulously crafted its format to ensure a top-tier experience for our audience. After much consideration, we have chosen to feature a single speaker, but a world-renowned one, whose topic is certain to captivate our attendees. Jordan Belfort is widely regarded as one of the most exceptional speakers in the world, and his recent resurgence in popularity following the film "The Wolf of Wall Street" has made him an ideal choice for our event. I have personally watched many of Jordan's speeches and have been eager to invite him to our meetup, as his insights into sales, which are ubiquitous in business, everyday life, and the workplace, are truly invaluable. What can you tell about the future development of affiliate marketing? What markets do you consider the most promising? The market's growth trajectory is expected to continue, propelled by the emergence of new technologies and tools, including neural networks and artificial intelligence, which will provide a significant boost to all market players. In recent times, traffic teams have displaced solo affiliates, evolving to function more like large corporations. The market is also poised to consolidate, as it becomes increasingly challenging for new entrants to gain a foothold. Nonetheless, I remain optimistic that new teams will emerge over the next 4-5 years, capable of competing for traffic with existing players. Among the most promising markets, gambling and betting stand out, and it appears that no other sector is poised to challenge their dominance in the near future. Could you give some tips for people looking to start their own company? I would like to offer two valuable pieces of advice. Firstly, perseverance is key. Failure is an inevitable part of the entrepreneurial journey, and I have personally started from scratch three times, once with a negative balance of 1.5 million USD. The key is to learn from your mistakes and use them as stepping stones towards success. Secondly, it is crucial to avoid complacency after achieving initial success. I have witnessed many entrepreneurs succumb to this trap and have experienced it myself. It is easy to fall into the mindset that everything is running smoothly, and the business can be left to managers while attention is diverted elsewhere. However, this can result in a decline in profits and, more commonly, lead to the downfall of the business. Read the rest of this insightful issue and gain more valuable knowledge here.

Kretinsky eyes majority stake in casino through €1.1bn capital increase
Daniel Kretinsky, a Czech billionaire, has offered to acquire the debt-ridden French supermarket chain, Casino (CASP.PA), through a €1.1 billion capital increase. This move challenges the proposed merger between Casino and Teract (TRACT.PA), a smaller retailer. Kretinsky’s €1.1 billion capital increase proposal If the deal goes through, Kretinsky will gain control of several renowned retail brands such as Franprix and Monoprix in France, where he has increased his presence in recent years. The move also presents an exit strategy for Jean-Charles Naouri, Casino's owner, who is 74 years old. In addition, Kretinsky's move may attract the attention of Fnac Darty (FNAC.PA), as its primary investor is Kretinsky, and Casino's e-commerce retail arm, CDiscount, is believed to be a target for Fnac Darty. Over the past decade, Kretinsky has been expanding his business interests into retail, media, and other areas. His portfolio includes a stake in Le Monde, a French newspaper, France's largest private TV network, TF1, and he is in talks with Vivendi (VIV.PA), a media group, to acquire publishing group Editis. [caption id="attachment_829075" align="alignleft" width="342"]Daniel Kretinsky Daniel Kretinsky holds the position of CEO and a 94% stake in Energetický a průmyslový holding (EPH), which is the biggest energy conglomerate in Central Europe.[/caption] Following Kretinsky's offer, Casino's shares rose by 3% on Monday, after experiencing a slump to record lows when Moody's, a rating agency, downgraded its long-term debt rating to a further into junk territory. As of now, Casino's market value is around €700 million, compared to €11 billion in 2014. With a debt of about €3 billion maturing in 2024 and 2025, Casino has been divesting assets to meet its debt repayment obligations, including a stake in its Brazilian business, Assai. Kretinsky's offer comes as Casino is holding exclusive talks to merge its French retail business with Teract, a company that is backed by Xavier Niel, another billionaire. Groupement Les Mousquetaires joins merger talks French supermarket chain Casino has announced that it is in talks with several entities, including Groupement Les Mousquetaires, the parent company of Intermarche, regarding a potential merger. In a separate development, EP Global Commerce, a Czech firm owned by billionaire Daniel Kretinsky, has made an offer to subscribe to a capital increase worth €1.1 billion. The proposed deal would see Kretinsky's entity subscribe to a reserved capital increase of up to €750 million, while Fimalac, the third-largest shareholder of Casino, would buy into a share sale of up to €150 million. Existing shareholders would take the remaining €200 million. According to two sources close to the matter, the capital increase would result in Kretinsky owning more than a 40% stake in the supermarket chain, making him the largest shareholder. The proposal would involve the cash repurchase of Casino's debt, which would be converted into equity, leading to a potential change of control and dilution of existing shareholders. The deal would also require an agreement with Casino's creditors, who hold around €3.6 billion in unsecured debt. Under the terms of the deal, the debt would either be converted into equity or reimbursed at a discount, which would lead to a significant improvement in Casino's balance sheet. The supermarket chain said it was considering asking for a court-appointed conciliator to oversee discussions with bank creditors and bondholders over the two potential deals. Meanwhile, it plans to evaluate EP Global Commerce's proposal over the coming weeks while continuing discussions with Teract and Groupement Les Mousquetaires. Do you want to make your voice heard? Brazil’s Adelson Bill calls for legisation of casino resorts in the country
Senator Veneziano Vital do Rego appointed to fast track the casino bill

The appointment of Senator Veneziano Vital de Rego is clear evidence that the Brazilian Govenment is aiming to accellerate the legislation for casino resorts in Brazil.

[caption id="attachment_130674" align="alignleft" width="300"]senator veneziano vital de rego Senator Veneziano Vital de Rego.[/caption]

This bill is named the Adelson Bill. It was given this name after the late Las Vegas Sands CEO, Sheldon Adelson, who lobbied for casino resorts in the nation of more than 210 million citizens.

Back in 2019, Adelson has reportedly proposed two casinos in Brazil, one in Rio de Janeiro and the other in the financial district of São Paulo.

This bill, which was first introduced in September will allow each of the country's 26 states to have one casino with a 35-year concession. The gaming floor would occupy 10% of the buildings.

As part of this legislation, casino operators would be chosen dependent on a scoring framework with 70% of focuses granted for the nature and quality of the project and 30% dependent on the worth the operator would repay to the government.

Operators should apply player security and illegalities against tax avoidance measures including checking the identity of clients who store or pull out more than $1850 in a single day.

Paulo Azi, submitted a bill in 2019 which called for the authorisation of various casinos across Brazil. To be approved, the proposed bill needs to receive a majority of the 513 MEPs in addition to a majority of the 81 Senators and therfore later proceeding to a presidential sanction.

Former Genesis employee says “management gave us a false sense of security”
In an interview with SiGMA News, a former employee of Genesis Global Limited who declined to be identified shared a personal account of events as they unfolded. This marks the third week since employees of Genesis Global were terminated without notice by the company.
I was employed by Genesis Global and worked at the Malta office with a great team of colleagues. At the end of January 2021, the company received a fine from the UK gambling regulator of £3.8 million. At this point things started to go downhill. As a result of this management asked us to work on migration to transfer data and all casino brands from Genesis Global to Genesis Bluebird. This meant that during the transition the company would be able to offer a seamless service to customers as Genesis Bluebird. The summer was very normal.  The company hosted a number of parties for us.  Ariel told us that there were rumours that we would be merging with another company. The first sign that something was really wrong was in November when we noticed that the office building was being advertised on the rental market. Everyone started to ask questions. Some of us panicked. We were advised that this was an interim situation until company matters were resolved and we were requested to start working from home. Ariel never told us anything else. During the period that we were working remotely we were paid for the month of November. This gave us a false sense of security as we thought things may start to settle down and we awaited for new instructions from management.  Vacant positions were advertised by the company on social media.  We believed things may get back to normal. We thought that we were going to get some sort of update at that stage but management remained uncommunicative. As we approached December, the relationship with management started to become awkward. The situation was shady. We all spoke amongst each other through a group chat and we suspected that something suspicious was going on. The Genesis Global website was taken down.  A number of employees and heads of department resigned and they were not replaced. On 6 December our CEO Ariel Reem left without giving us any previous notice. It was a shock to all of us. Yoav Dotan took over from Ariel as CEO but he was also not able to give us any further information and was as much in the dark as we were. On 23 December we were advised that our December salaries would not be paid. We were terminated without the Christmas government bonus or any accrued holiday entitlement. We were aware of our basic rights.  On the same day we discovered that we had no access to our emails and our ‘log ins’ no longer worked. The website was still functioning and players were depositing cash but unable to make withdrawals.  We were unable to provide customer service and support. The spanish market was taken care of from Malta.  Many emails were received from angry clients as they could not withdraw their cash.  At one point there must have been more than 3000 emails waiting for responses. Some clients may have been paid I believe. We were told that the company closure was the decision of the owner in Australia.  His name is Yaniv Meydan.  We never met or saw him during the time we worked at Genesis. I believe this was a case of gross mismanagement. The company owe us a lot of money. Personally it is very hard for me as I have loans and many commitments. We filed a complaint and made a claim with the Malta Department of Industrial and Employment Relations (DIER) but so far we have not heard back from them. We have engaged a local lawyer to represent us.  There are approximately 110 of us.  We have a group chat and try our best to help and support each other. Luckily I have found a job but some of my former colleagues who are still searching for work. I wish to remain anonymous and thank you for sharing our story to raise awareness about our difficult situation."

Nevada’s winning streak: $1.2 billion in revenue in August
Nevada has just reported its 18th consecutive month of more than $1 billion in gambling revenue. The Nevada Gaming Control Board has recently provided the latest data, showing that the state earned $1.2 billion from its casinos in August, a sum that was 26.7% higher than it was in the corresponding month in pre-pandemic 2019. About 55% of the whole state revenue $659.7 million was generated by the Las Vegas Strip. In comparison to the $627 million recorded in August 2021, this represented an increase of 5.2%. According to Forbes, Senior Economic Analyst of the Nevada Gaming Control Board Michael Lawton stated that "The Strip is carrying the load." Revenue in Downtown and North Las Vegas were $64.5 and $23.1 million, respectively, and increased year over year. Revenue rose 2.3% year over year in Washoe County, which includes the casinos in Reno, Sparks, and North Lake Tahoe. Revenues in South Lake Tahoe increased by 26.8%. Total income from the table, counter, and card games was $361 million, a 24.1% decrease from the previous month. In contrast, this represented a 6.0% annual increase. The card game Twenty One contributed significantly to this, accounting for $100 million of the total, a drop of 18.8% from the previous month. $96 million of the total revenue came from baccarat, which increased 3.8% annually. Craps, which brought in $39 million, came in third. It should be noted that the winnings on the Las Vegas Strip are currently 26.7% greater than they were in August 2019, demonstrating that the state of Nevada's gambling industry is really performing better now than it was prior to the outbreak.
