Dinos Stranomitis is pushing Altenar to specialize in providing sports betting solutions

Dinos Stranomitis is the COO and co-founder of Altenar where his focus is on pushing the company to specialize in providing a sports betting solution, both to new clients and to an existing pool of partners.

He recently noted that the time for big software companies to get a one-stop-shop for everything is now gone, and that operators are now trying to find companies that specialize.

Altenar is a provider of sportsbook services to licensed gaming operators. Ranging from ‘software-only’ product offers to the provision of a fully-managed sports betting platform stack, Altenar offers proven stability coupled with a flexible and personalised service. Our software is developed and operated in-house, whilst being powered by premium quality data feeds.

Stranomitis also showcased Altenar’s reach in Colombia, Jamaica, Peru, and Brazil where he explained that it would be a big mistake to believe that their markets are similar.

Stanislav Silin is working towards Altenar being known as the provider of choice for sports betting operators

Stanislav Silin is the CEO and co-founder of Altenar. In a recent interview where he reflected on 2019, he explained how they obtained key licences with the Malta Gaming Authority and the UK Gambling Commission, and have launched four regulated customers despite Italy and Sweden being quite challenging markets for sports betting.

He said that at Altenar they want to be known as a trusted provider of choice for sports betting operators, and that they present themselves as a company that is increasingly gaining a reputation as a reliable technology partner.

Altenar has just launched the second version of its sports betting platform, which enables it to serve operators on a global level in a more efficient manner, with the ability to blend content from different data providers in a more fine-tuned fashion. Furthermore, it is developed using the latest technologies and embraces hybrid cloud infrastructure, with massive scalability and geo-distributed deployment using containers in the public cloud.
