Swiss Casinos has announced a new partnership with Vienna-based tech company Golden Whale, integrating the latter’s AI and machine-learning technologies into its online and land-based operations. The move is part of Swiss Casinos’ ongoing strategy to improve customer experience and drive long-term engagement using data-driven solutions.
Golden Whale specialises in predictive modelling and semi-automated machine learning systems that analyse player behaviour in real-time. Swiss Casinos aims to personalise player journeys, offer tailored incentives, and reduce churn through early detection of player disengagement, by integrating tools from Golden Whale.
These technologies allow operators to make data-informed decisions during a player’s session, helping to boost satisfaction and retention. The partnership aligns with Swiss Casinos’ broader goal of using smart technologies to support in-session engagement and long-term customer loyalty.
Swiss Casinos already works with technology providers like Playtech. The addition of Golden Whale’s platform is intended to complement its existing setup without disruption. The combination of systems is expected to increase operational efficiency while offering more flexibility in customer interaction and incentives.
The operator manages several land-based venues across Switzerland alongside its online platform. With the local online gaming market becoming increasingly competitive, the company is focusing on technology-led solutions to maintain its strong position.
Eberhard Dürrschmid, CEO of Golden Whale, said, “As one of Switzerland’s most established casino brands, we’re honoured at the trust Swiss Casinos has placed in our solutions and can’t wait to explore how we can take their operations to the next level.
“Through our combination of AI and machine learning, we’ll provide tailored recommendations, insights and enhanced platform control that boost both acquisition and retention while provably generating the maximum uplift.”
Marcel Tobler, CEO of Swiss Casinos, added, “Incorporating the latest AI and ML technology is mandatory for businesses aiming to remain competitive in today’s iGaming landscape, so we’re delighted to be partnering with Golden Whale to stay ahead of the game.
“By using their advanced suite of data-driven tools on our network, we’ll be able to provide a more personalised service to players that promotes sustained engagement and a better all-round user experience.”
This partnership follows a series of tech-led moves by Swiss Casinos. Recently, the company signed a deal with Blueprint Gaming to bring its content to the Swiss market.
