Fast Track Partners with Mimy on player engagement

Fast Track signs deal to provide real-time engagement platform to mimy.online

Mimy is a new online operator with a difference. The brand offers players the chance to predict the outcome of any event, or even create their own public or private events to bet on. It differentiates itself from other betting platforms as all winnings are taken from a prize pool made up of the total bets, with no complex calculations for players to understand. The idea behind the launch was to replicate the fun of casual bets between friends in an online environment, and to share this experience with people from around the world.

The innovative operator will use the Fast Track platform to manage their player engagement. The team plans to take full advantage of the platform’s capabilities by automating as much of their engagement as possible, and using the rich real-time data feed to inform detailed segmentation.

Yana Halitska, Product Manager at Mimy, stated “We are really excited about our upcoming full launch of the brand. When looking for a player engagement solution, we needed a product that would help us with a solid level of automation, enabling us to scale our CRM output intelligently. We found this with Fast Track.”

Fast Track works with operators like Mimy to streamline the execution of their engagement strategy through the use of a central system built on a foundation of real-time data. Mimy will be able to coordinate all aspects of their communications and rewards. With the platform tailored to each operator’s specific needs, the team at Fast Track are always happy to work with operators who have new ideas and are keen to push the boundaries.

Christopher Hirst - Fast TrackChristopher Hirst, Co-Founder of Fast Track, said: “As an operator, Mimy is looking at betting in a completely new way. Their approach presents some really interesting opportunities for player engagement and we are looking forward to working with them to take advantage of these.”
