[WATCH] “Every market is different, every client is different, and catering for the different are quite challenging. Luckily we are quite flexible”, Svetlin Dobrev for SiGMA Pitch

Co-founder and Chief Product Officer of Notolytix Limited Svetlin Dobrev joins our own Yanni Collins on Startup Spotlight to explain how NOTO’s customisable solutions can protect against fraud, prevent money laundering, and even detect potential problem gambling

SiGMA’s Yanni Collins got together with Svetlin Dobrev, co-founder and Chief Product Officer at NOTO, to spotlight the fourth of the SiGMA Pitch Startups which will be coming out periodically on SiGMA News. SiGMA Pitch is an event by SiGMA which showcases over a hundred different startups and enables them to take the red seat and present their product to an environment surrounded by top investors and mentors helping them to create a good strong network.

Dobrev started his career from analysing frauds, and so his relationship to security and crime-prevention put him in a great mind set to work in a company like NOTO. What it does is that they get a lot of data from users and they analyse the data, creating profiles for them and their payments, and essentially they conduct from the simplest transaction monitoring for fraud purposes, cml purposes, compliance, kyc checks, responsible gaming checks, to even conducting transaction routing.

Watch Svetlin Dobrev’s interview here:

Every market is different, every client is different, and catering for the different are quite challenging. Luckily we are quite flexible and we can operate under a number of different licenses for our customer.”

Dobrev also added that many of the individuals behind NOTO, started at the e-commerce company Skrill and eventually were gradually warming up to the idea of starting something themselves until in 2015 they quit they jobs, and officially started the company.
