[WATCH] “Our app allows anyone to directly earn cryptocurrency, we give global access to crowdfunding without the need of a bank account”, Philipp Georg on SiGMA Pitch

Co-Founder of Nerve Global Philipp Georg joins our own Yanni Collins on Startup Spotlight to talk about the company and how they utilise blockchain tech to create the first-ever crowd-funding platform that allows the consumers to decide on the content, rather than the creators

SiGMA’s Yanni Collins got together with Philipp Georg, Co-Founder of Nerve Global, to spotlight the ninth of the SiGMA Pitch Startups which is coming out periodically on SiGMA News. SiGMA Pitch is an event by SiGMA which showcases over a hundred different startups and enables them to take the red seat and present their product to an environment surrounded by top investors and mentors helping them to create a good strong network.

With a strong-background in multiplayer games, Philipp Georg and his team have been working on the project eversince 2015, where they recognized a lack in user social activity which urged them to incorporate blockchain technology with livestreaming.

Georg continues saying how Nerve Global is the first crowd-funding platform that allows the users to decide what the content is rather than its creator. He also adds how the system is completely decentralized and runs on the etherium blockchain, with the users having the liberty to transact values without requirements.

Our system has several advantages over competing products. Our app allows anyone to directly earn cryptocurrency, we give global access to crowdfunding without the need of a bank account.”

Georg concludes by saying how the Nerv Global is already up on all platforms and that they will be releasing their app in February of 2021, and that he, along with his company will be attending SiGMA Europe.

SiGMA Europe:

Following the UK’s December 2020 release of the Pfizer BioNTech vaccine, SiGMA Group will move its February event to April. SiGMA Europe, which will be based in Malta, will now run from 13-15 April, 2021.
