Woman wins $60m lottery using numbers from her husband’s dream

Toronto, Canada: Deng Pravatoudom struck gold when she won $60M playing the lottery using a set of numbers that her husband had dreamt more than 20 years ago

Pravatoudom, 57, got lucky when she won $60M after playing the same set of numbers her husband dreamed about 20 years ago. While she had been a long-time LOTTO MAX player, Pravatoudom got lucky on the 1 December 2020 draw.

In a Press Release, Pravatoudom, who had recent been laid off due to the pandemic, shared her excitement stating:

My family was sponsored by a local church and because we had nothing, I am thankful for the great support they provided us over the years,

My husband and I have worked long hours as general labourers for over 40 years, trying to save what we could for our family. Due to the pandemic I was laid off last spring, so this money will certainly help make our lives much easier.

She commented on her reaction when she found out she had won. Deng says her husband was the one who broke the exciting news to her:

I went to the bank to pay some bills and my husband went to check the tickets. When we got into the car, he told me we won the $60 million jackpot. He was serious, not joking, so I knew he was telling the truth. I started to cry. I have always prayed for a blessing that my family would be taken care of!

She adds:

I was ecstatically happy, I was crying at the same time. I couldn’t believe it at first,

I am going to buy a house, then if it’s allowed after Covid, I’m going to travel the world.
