  • Redefining workplace culture: Companies need to prioritise mentorship programs and leadership training to foster career growth. Bremec stressed the importance of removing gender bias from professional settings, stating, “Leave gender at the door, success comes from skill and determination.”
  • Visibility and representation: Encouraging women to take up leadership roles requires an active effort to highlight female professionals within organisations. Berkova explained, “By showcasing the women in our companies, we send a clear message: we value skill, dedication, and expertise above all else.”
  • Creating opportunities through networking: Professional events, mentorship initiatives, and collaborative projects provide platforms for women to connect and advance in the industry.
  • Policy and structural support: Businesses must introduce flexible work policies and career advancement frameworks that enable women to thrive in leadership positions.

The discussion emphasised that economic and cultural growth in the tech sector hinges on diversity and inclusion. Companies that integrate these values into their corporate structures will not only benefit from a wider talent pool but also drive meaningful change in the industry.

As AIBC World proves that it continues to push forward industry discussions, the focus on leadership, inclusivity, and economic transformation remains a priority. With AIBC’s global roadshow spanning seven destinations in 2025, these conversations will shape the future of technology and business worldwide.
