At AIBC Eurasia 2025, a distinguished panel of women leaders took centre stage on February 25th at Festival Arena, Dubai, to discuss their impact across leadership roles in the GCC and MENA regions. Moderated by H.E. Laila Rahhal El Atfani, Founder & CEO at Woman Business Circle, the panel featured insights from Joanna Ufniak, Co-Founder & Head of Client Relations at Magic Mondayz; Amrita Sethi, NFT Artist at Art.By.Amrita; and Line Ho Young Peteri, Senior Consultant at Exinity. Together, they explored the dynamics of gender diversity, leadership, and business transformation.
Joanna Ufniak stressed the necessity of self-confidence, explaining that trust in one’s own capabilities is fundamental to overcoming barriers. “Confidence is not about arrogance, but about trusting yourself even when others doubt you,” she remarked. Amrita Sethi echoed this sentiment, drawing from her own transition from finance to digital art. “Curiosity and adaptability are key; learning, implementing, and pushing forward is what drives real change,” she noted, underscoring the importance of evolving with industry trends.
Line Ho Young Peteri emphasised the power of diverse and inclusive workplaces, stating, “Respect for different backgrounds and perspectives fosters innovation and creates more resilient organisations.” The panel collectively agreed that fostering open-minded environments encourages fresh ideas and stronger teams. The discussion concluded with a unified message on leadership, with all speakers advocating for women to take decisive action, empower those around them, and drive meaningful change in their industries.
The conversation also tackled the evolving workplace landscape in the GCC and MENA, where businesses are increasingly prioritising cultural inclusion, digital transformation, and leadership opportunities for women. The panellists encouraged organisations to provide environments that value expertise over gender and ensure that women have equal access to growth opportunities.
As AIBC Eurasia wraps up, discussions around leadership, diversity, and business evolution remain at the forefront. With AIBC’s global roadshow spanning seven destinations in 2025, these conversations will continue to shape the future of industries worldwide.
