Wynn Macau has signed a three-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Association for Talent Development (ATD), strengthening efforts to foster professional growth and industry knowledge exchange in the region. The partnership was formalised at the ATD X Wynn 2025 Asia Leadership Summit, held at Wynn Palace, which gathered over 200 executives, experts and academics from the Asia-Pacific region.
The agreement sets the foundation for a long-term partnership that aims to build platforms for professional exchange, enhance leadership skills, and support workforce transformation. This initiative is supported by several departments of the Macau SAR Government and is part of a broader plan to position Macau as a key hub for talent development in Asia.
Linda Chen, President and Vice Chairman of Wynn Macau, said the agreement reflects the company’s continued cooperation with ATD. She highlighted that such collaborations are crucial in creating connections between local and international talent networks.
Themed “Leading Through Change: Bridging Technology and Human Capital”, the summit focused on the intersection of digital innovation and human resource development. Discussions explored how organisations can adapt their leadership strategies and training programmes to keep pace with rapid technological advancements.
Speakers included corporate leaders, talent development professionals and scholars, who shared insights on navigating organisational change, building resilient teams, and embracing digital tools for upskilling.
Wang Wei, Global Senior Director of ATD, welcomed the renewed partnership with Wynn Macau. He noted that the collaboration would bring in additional resources, programmes and support mechanisms to the talent development ecosystem in Macau and the Greater Bay Area.
The event also marked a key milestone in promoting regional cooperation, as participants explored best practices in leadership development, workforce agility, and industry engagement. Sessions covered topics such as digital leadership, future skills, and talent mobility across borders.
With this three-year collaboration, Wynn Macau and ATD aim to drive continuous dialogue between business leaders and talent experts. The goal is to create more opportunities for professional learning, skill-building, and cross-industry engagement, which are increasingly important in the fast-changing employment landscape.
