Employing over 200 staff, we prioritise teamwork across our 6 offices, located in: Malta, Cyprus, Belgrade, São Paulo, Manila, and India. To support both personal and organisational growth, we offer the unique opportunity for staff to travel to and work from other offices, encouraging our team to immerse themselves in new cultures, build strong bonds with international teams, and strengthen our collective vision. Since its inception in 2014, SiGMA has rapidly evolved from a single, local event to a global powerhouse in the gaming and technology sectors. The brand redefined itself through rebranding initiatives, strategic acquisitions. Through the establishment of key initiatives, such as SiGMA Play, SiGMA Foundation, and Ikigai Ventures, the brand has continually expanded its influence. Today the company currently holds 7 major international events, complemented by over 30 side events, including tournaments, high-impact fundraising activities, and industry iGatherings.

SiGMA Group endeavours to bring more than just good business to the locations it operates in – which is why its philanthropic arm, the SiGMA Foundation, was established to reflect the company’s commitment to supporting those in need. Empowering communities, one step at a time, the Foundation fosters positive social change, supporting projects such as the GLOW initiative which provided cleft palate surgeries for children in Colombia, and programs that uplift communities and promote education, particularly our MMA centre in Sao Paulo, and Women Empowerment Project in Ethiopia. ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) refers to methods used to resolve disputes outside of traditional court proceedings. SiGMA has launched its own ADR platform to resolve and mediate disputes between players and online casinos efficiently through ADR specialists. The service is offered free of charge to players, while operators pay a fixed monthly fee. Using its extensive experience in the iGaming industry, SiGMA was able to develop an user-friendly and trustworthy platform to help players with their disputes. Players can rely on our services for professional assistance with any issue they may experience while gambling online.
