Francesco Postiglione is currently the CEO of Hattrick-PSK, the leading retail and online operator in Croatia and a member of the Executive Committee of Fortuna Entertainment Group.
Francesco has 15 years of experience in senior executive roles with a proved, successful track record in managing medium and large gaming companies, mainly on behalf of Private Equity Firms (SBM, Waterland Private Equity, Penta Investments).
After three years spent in Bain and Company as Consultant in the Consumer Good practice and other three years spent in Opera Private Equity as Investment Manager, Francesco’s career as a top executive started with the foundation (and sale) of two digital B2C start-ups and continued with the management of complex, multi-geography business units and companies for Betclic, where Francesco was Managing Director of International Markets from 2013 till 2017.
In 2017 Francesco was appointed online CEO of Napoleon Games, the leading Belgium online casino operator, where he stayed until the end of 2020.
Francesco is an expert of digital and land-based gaming organizations and has always enabled a strong cooperation between Tech and Business departments to deliver best in class digital products with a fast and reliable time to market.
His business development attitudes have performed wide and complex projects such as turning successfully around distressed companies, leading (Start Up and consolidated) businesses until their sales, supporting M&A and integrating IT networks, platforms, teams, and applications.
His professional life brought Francesco to work and live in London, Paris, Lisbon, San Francisco, Milano, Brussels, Malta, Zagreb, and Rome.
Currently, Francesco lives in Zagreb and manages the second largest operator in the country, PSK (800 people, 200 shops, 2000+ JVs in bars and cafes, online operations), and proactively supports Fortuna Entertainment Group in the Balkan’s area to enhance its omni-channel strategies.
Francesco is an Ambassador of Your Group, the most important temporary management firm in Italy.
Francesco holds a bachelor degree from Universita’ Bocconi di Milano, for which he is also a menthor in its Roma Chapter.
