Frank Herold is delighted to see how optimistic they can be about the future. The best way to do that is to listen to what clients say and think about how things might change in the future. They are ready to take on more responsibility everywhere, not just in Africa or North America.

Also, there are a lot of changes in the gaming business in Europe. Frank says that you should talk to a few operators at SiGMA. He thinks that you need to spread your risk over more feet if you want to be successful. And if you develope more games or lotteries, you don’t have to take any risks because you can get them insured.

Frank Herold believes that initially, you need enthusiastic employees. Only then will you be able to exceed your clients’ expectations. And since many of their clients have been doing business with us for many years, it is essential that we maintain a strong customer relationship.

First, it’s about relationships and trust. This has contributed to their success over the past decade. And as a result, they have many new customers due to word-of-mouth recommendations.

The second essential factor is experience. Consider all the global developments occurring globally. Not just in regulation gaming boards, but also in all technology advancements and game development. And there is no end in sight, as SiGMA demonstrates in an astonishing manner.
