Jenny Lu is the General Manager of North America for OtherLevels, a supplier of customer engagement solutions to the igaming, sports betting, sports media and lottery industries. With over a decade of experience in sales, strategic business development, partnerships, client management and marketing, she now leads the North American growth within OtherLevels. She holds a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce form the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia.
Jenny has extensive experience in both acquisition and retention marketing and related technologies within the online gaming industry. She was previously the Director of Sales at Optimove where she led the growth of US and Canadian gaming sales. From 2009 to 2018 she was Director of Account Management at Income Access, a Paysafe company, and previously Director of Client Relationships and Partnerships at Income Access. Currently, as North American GM of OtherLevels, in addition to working with operators on real-time player engagement, she has been working on bringing advanced, sophisticated sports engagement to operators for live games, as this is what fans want, as well as a massive untapped revenue opportunity.
