Marinos Marinou is the Managing Director and founder of MARICORP CYPRUS CONSULTANCY LTD.
Marinos is highly specialised in International Tax, Corporate structuring and cross border Merger & Acquisition (M&A) transactions. Marinos is a Chartered Accountant and member of the ICAEW since 2015. He is also member of the International Tax Planning Association (ITPA) since 2017.
Marinos Marinou is also highly experienced in the iGaming industry and MARICORP is a winner of the CORPORATE SERVICES PROVIDER award 2022 at SiGMA ASIA.
Marinos studied Accounting & Finance BA (Hons) at Liverpool John Moores University where he graduated in 2011 with a 1st class degree.
While pursuing his professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with BDO Cyprus Marinos has gained valuable experience as part of the audit and tax team and has worked as part of the audit for various IPOs including London Stock Exchange IPOs. Marinos Marinou has led teams in complex audit engagements involving cross border M&A as well as groups of Companies with Consolidated Financia Statements.
Marinos also has a 100% success rate on Cyprus IP BOX tax rulings for software Companies within the iGaming industry and outside the iGaming industry.
