Gained extensive experience in corporate finance in Public and Private companies, control and budget planning, strategic decisions, financial forecasts, SOX compliance, contracts, legal, IR and PR activities. Leading Initial Public Offering (IPO) process on Nasdaq First North Premier in Stockholm and public debt issuance (Bond).
Since 2016 he is CFO at Aspire Global.
