eCommerce Marketing Data Scientist

Sergi is a special breed specialist called eCommerce Marketing Data Scientist, a wizard that can leverage each ecommerce business by applying latest AI models in day to day digital marketers work. This role combines #Maths, #Data and #eCommerce domain.
He is one of the founder of Data Science Society, more than 15 years working in the area of #AI, #MachineLearning and #DataScience, furthermore a mentor in several universities and part of a jury team for two of the biggest AI congresses in Europe.
#eCommerce domain – The last 7 years he develops a company called Data Solutions (an AI consulting company in the field of eCommerce and Retail) with over 20 projects with customers from North America and Europe. Currently he is advising and contributing a project called Shopup focused in creating product driven campaigns based on customer patterns and interests combing eCommerce data with advanced #AI retail techniques.
As part of his journey he participated in different startup projects, where he applies AI, like mobile tickets for public transport – Tickey, eCommerce – MaxCart, in Retail – ShopUp Wifi, in robotics – Sens.ai and in email marketing – Decision Marketing.
In 2014 graduated an Executive MBA with hounour from Vienna University and previously for more than 5 years worked as an Operation and Business Manager in large companies such as Experian and IngramMicro.
He believes that Science can be accessible and should be shared by opening models, codes and know-how. In two words #AI and #eCommerce
