As CCO, Vladimir Malakchi is in charge of making sure that the M&A and Strategy Planning departments add value to the business. He was in charge of managing key marketing and communication goals, making strategic plans with clear priorities, goals, and funding expectations.
Moreover, leading the business development team and helping with sensitive and high-value tasks, giving and directing the preparation of financial reports to internal and external stakeholders, and keeping an eye on cash flow to make sure customers paid on time and vendors and banks got paid.
