• The management of Belmont Hotel Manila reserves the right to change, amend, or modify the terms without notice.

  B. Group Reservations Reservation Guarantee The Hotel requires guaranteed reservations for all bookings. We accept guarantee thru a credit card payment/ pre-authorization or a Letter of Authorization signed by your authorized officer/ representative. Certain rules and conditions may apply for a credit card payment/ guarantee. Payment can be made through BDO check-out. Guaranteed reservation/s is held until 12:00 midnight. Extension Stay Extension of stay is subject to availability and room rate applied must be pre-negotiated with the hotel. Amendments, Cancellations and No-Show Reservations Any amendments, room reduction and / or cancellation made after the contract signing, a Full Cancellation of all rooms guaranteed stipulated above shall be applied.   C.Check-in Policies

  D. Early Arrivals, Delay Check-in and Late Departures If your arrival is early in the day and you prefer immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the hotel room. In the event the actual check-in date is later than the contracted commencement (no show on original check-in date), the charge for the room will commence as stated in the Period of the reservations. Booking Fee, Security Deposit, No Show and Cancellation Policy Booking Fees Policy: Credit card guarantee (clear photo/scanned copy of front and back of credit card, signed billing authorization form, identification i.e. passport) required. Security Deposit Policy: All security deposit may be settled through cash or any major credit cards and shall be subject for refund upon check-out should no incidentals made during the duration of stay. No-Show Policy: No Show charges are equivalent to the total room charges for the entire period booked. Cancellation Policy: Any amendments, room reduction and / or cancellation made after the contract signing, a Full Cancellation of all rooms guaranteed stipulated above shall be applied.   F. Payment Method

General Terms: All charges incurred from using the services offered by Belmont Hotel Manila must be settled through cash or any major credit cards upon the guest’s designated departure date or after the fulfillment of the contract terms unless prior credit arrangement has been set up. Send Bill Arrangement: Accounts may avail to settle their guest/s’ room and other charges if

1. Account has an established active credit line at Belmont Hotel Manila, and
2. As a matter of hotel policy, a LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION (LOA) from Corporate/Wholesale accounts OR CERTIFICATE OF AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS (CAF) from Government accounts stating the limitation of charges to be settled by said Corporate/ Wholesale account or Government agency is strictly required prior to guest/s arrival.

  G. Parking

For in house guests, the hotel shall extend one (1) complimentary parking slot per room per night at the basement parking (subject to availability)

As of March 16, 2022: Belmont Hotel Manila's parking facility is undergoing major repair. In the interim, we have secured a limited number of complimentary parking spaces next to the hotel that may be utilized on a 'first come, first served, self-park basis’. We ask for your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. Valet service is available for a fee of only PhP 150.00 per day. Please approach our Valet for assistance.   H. Security The Hotel is equipped with Closed Circuit TV (CCTV) that monitors public areas all around the hotel property and area of responsibility. Vehicle, ID and luggage inspection will be strictly implemented. The Hotel, however, cannot ensure the security of items left unattended in function rooms.

For non-quarantine stay   I. Leisure / Staycation:

• Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination: if you have been fully vaccinated at least 14 days prior to arrival, please bring your vaccination card (or photo of it) and a valid ID to our check-in desk.
• Proof of negative RT-PCR test: if you have not been vaccinated or partially vaccinated, please have an RT-PCR test done within 48 hours before arrival/check-in. Please bring your negative result with you, as well as a photo ID to our check-in desk.
• Maximum of 02 adults each room (as per current DOT guidelines)For Inbound guests, below documents will be required:

  J. Exclusion of Liability

The Belmont Hotel Manila will not be held liable or responsible for failure to carry out obligations mentioned herein directly or indirectly brought about by consequences of war, riots, other Acts of God or any conditions beyond the control of the hotel.
