  • Room view, smoking and non-smoking preference, early check-in/ late check-out shall be subject to room availability. 
  • The Hotel will require a credit card imprint from each guest upon check in to cover any additional charges, i.e. mini bar, in-house video, telephone, etc. that are the responsibility of the guest. If the guest requests to pay by cash, the Hotel will require a PHP5,000.00 per day cash deposit on check in, the balance of which will be refunded upon check out. 
  • Cancellation: Room Reservation should be cancelled 72 hours prior will not be charged, hence late cancellation within 72 hours and NO SHOW is subject to one night fee.

C. Early Arrivals, Delay Check-in, and Late Departures

If you arrive early in the day and prefer immediate access to your room, we recommend reservingfor the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving anadditional night will guarantee access until you leave the hotel room.

In the event the actual check-in date is later than the contracted commencement (no show on theoriginal check-in date), the charge for the room will commence as stated in the Period of thereservations.

D. Booking Fee, Security Deposit, No Show and Cancellation Policy

Booking Fees Policy: Credit card guarantee (clear photo/scanned copy of front and back of creditcard, signed billing authorization form, identification i.e. passport) required.

Security Deposit Policy: All security deposits may be settled through cash or any major credit cardand shall be subject to refund upon check-out should no incidentals be made during the duration ofstay.

No-Show Policy: No-Show charges are equivalent to the total room charges for the entire periodbooked. 

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation made more than 48 hours (2 days) before the arrival date, free of charge. 

Cancellation made less than 48 hours before the arrival date is subject to one (1) night charge penalty. 

E.Reservations Guarantee

All reservations must be guaranteed with a night’s room rate deposit or the use of accepted creditcards. For credit card guarantee, Savoy Hotel Manila requires written information to include thename of the cardholder as it appears on the card, the card number, and the expiry date. Guaranteedreservations will be held until 10 PM on the confirmed date of arrival.

All non-guaranteed reservations will be released 3 days before scheduled arrival. Thereafter, withregret, guest rooms are subject to availability.

All charges incurred from using the services offered by SAVOY HOTEL MANILA must besettled through cash or any major credit cards upon the guest’s designated departure date or afterthe fulfillment of the contract terms unless a prior credit arrangement has been set up.

G.Parking

For in-house guests, the hotel shall extend one (1) complimentary parking slot per room per nightat the basement parking.

H.Security

The Hotel is equipped with a Closed Circuit TV (CCTV) that monitors public areas all around thehotel property and area of responsibility. Vehicle, ID, and luggage inspection will be strictlyimplemented. The Hotel, however, cannot ensure the security of items left unattended in functionrooms.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT PROCEDURE Since our guest check-out time is 12:00 noon, we suggest that your guest’s check-in after 2:00 p.m. to allow ample time for the rooms to be made-up. However, for rooms with early check-in requirements, the hotel waives early check-in fee for 20% of the contracted group, for a maximum of 50 rooms only. The Hotel accommodates late check-outs if the front office is advised in advance and if the occupied room is available. This is subject to these succeeding fees:
  • Php 500.00/per hour in excess of the check-out time,
  • Any excess of one hour is considered another hour,
  • Request for extensions beyond 6:00 p.m. will be charged the overnight rate.
ROOMING LIST You must provide the Hotel with the rooming list, which shall include all the names, addresses, nationality, arrival details and room requested by the participants, for its final review on JULY 03, 2023.
