SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator has obtained a Manufacturer Conformity License (A.1) to expand its presence in the Greek market.

THE GREEK GAMBLING COMMISSION (HGC) HAS RULED THAT THE SOFTSWISS GAMING AGGREGATOR CAN LEGALLY OFFER B2B GAMBLING SERVICES.

A .1 category license allows the company to provide its services to gambling operators in Greece for a period of 7 years. ACCORDING TO THE CURRENT LICENSE TERMS, THE SOFTSWISS GAME AGGREGATOR CAN LEGALLY PROVIDE LOCAL OPERATORS WITH ACCESS TO CONTENT FROM 12 GAME STUDIOS.

Earlier this year, SOFTSWISS was awarded a Greek B2C gaming license for its first partner project in the Greek i-gaming market. According to this law, the license is intended for use in Greece and is available to players with Greek passports, IDs, and bank accounts, as well as permanent residents of Greece.

Formal operations on Greek territory became possible after the adoption of new rules by the Greek government in October 2019. As a result, at the end of 2020, the Hellenic Gambling Commission (HGC) began the process of applying for a license for a new online game. The new rules are new to online betting. and online gambling and two types of business licenses. The new rules provide for both B2C operating licenses and B2B online gambling solution provider licenses.
