AskGamblers finishes the year with $50 million returned to players

In less than 18 months, AskGamblers’ Casino Complaint Service managed to accrue another $10 million in money returned to players, for a total figure of $50+ million to date.

The Casino Complaint Service from AskGamblers, the 2022 winner of the SiGMA Affiliate of the Year Award, recently hit the incredible $50 million mark in money returned to players via more than 17,500 complaints.

Over the years, the AskGamblers Casino Complaint Service (AGCCS) has consistently delivered staggering figures that soared in the past period as the service returned over $10 million since June 2021. In less than a year and a half, AGCCS received, inspected and successfully closed over 3,000 player complaints.

Player Trust Materialised

Head of Commercial at AskGamblers, Branislav Ristić.

AskGamblers prides itself on offering independent and free-of-charge mediation service between players and online casinos with a double goal: to build a strong trust relationship with its players and maintain the excellent reputation of over a thousand online casinos in its directory.

The latest figure embodies just that: the relationship of trust AskGamblers has with its players and the online casinos it promotes.

At the SiGMA Awards ceremony held in November, the Head of Commercial at AskGamblers, Branislav Ristić, said: “For AskGamblers, each new AGCCS milestone means one thing: the materialisation of trust our players put in us to deliver the truth about online casinos and guide them to a safe gambling experience.

“AGCCS tirelessly works behind the scenes to ensure players get an added value from being part of the AG community,” Ristić explained.

New Year, New Milestones

As we enter 2023, AskGamblers has no intention of slowing down: they are already pressing on towards the next AGCCS milestone, and are working hard to add fresh online casino and slot reviews to the website.

They have also announced the next season of their biweekly Podcast show coming up in Q1, in addition to the brand new edition of AskGamblers Awards.

Of course, like any seasoned affiliate, AskGamblers keep their aces up their sleeves, but we are sure to see plenty more news from them in 2023.
