Jenny Arnell has joined Fast Track as Head of HR
Arnell previously held the position of Group HR Manager at Catena Media, where she was responsible for the organisation’s global HR practices. Over the last 6 and a half years, she has led teams in implementing best practices across all HR functions including talent acquisition and management, compensation and benefits, and developing policy and processes.
Arnell will now be using her experience to shape HR at Fast Track, with the digitalisation of HR functions for better efficiency and scalability as a key focus.
“I am delighted to start playing an active part in the continued success and advancement of Fast Track, and I am looking forward to helping the leadership team foster an engaged, authentic and high-performing culture; making Fast Track a given destination for top talent,” said Arnell.
Fast Track has a high-performing culture where every individual is encouraged to work collaboratively, take ownership and seek continuous improvement. The most recent eNPS survey (measuring employee satisfaction) resulted in a score of 77, which is considered excellent. Filling the Head of HR position is part of the strategy to nurture the company culture; providing the right structure and support as the company grows.
Simon Lidzén, Co-founder and CEO of Fast Track, said: “We are very glad to have Jenny on board. We have an ambitious growth plan in front of us and her business acumen, mixed with her previous experience of supporting the growth of a small company to a large one, is exactly what we need to continue to attract and retain top talent.”
Over the last year, the team has doubled in size to match the growth of the business. Arnell will be a key member of the leadership team within Fast Track as the organisation continues to expand. In a digital age which calls for workplaces that get the most from their people and technology, Arnell’s understanding of digital wellbeing will be influential in how Fast Track approaches the health and wellbeing of employees; with a holistic view taking into account mental and physical, as well as digital factors.
