How did you get into affiliation? Were you always focused in crypto?
I started my professional career as a junior consultant at AXA in 2017 and in 2018 I was invited to join CryptoCompare. This opportunity allowed me to enter the crypto industry and I have never regretted my decision to become part of CryptoCompare.

How was your 300 Spartans’ experience?
My first experience with the 300 Spartans event was last year in Malta and it was amazing. The event had the right balance between professionalism and entertainment, making it a memorable and enjoyable experience. I was impressed by the level of organisation and the high-quality content presented during the event. Overall, it was a great opportunity to network, learn more about the industry, and engage in new partnerships which helped us provide even greater value to our customers and solidify our position in the market.
Are you a regular attendee at the SiGMA events? Did you attend SiGMA Africa? SiGMA Americas, Asia, Balkans/CIS, Eurasia, Europe – which of these expo shows would you likely book on your diary for 2023?
Had my first experience last year in Malta. My plan is to keep participating in the next editions, would be great to keep going to the editions in Europe and potentially attend SiGMA Americas in 2023 if my schedule allows it.
Tell us a bit about yourself – after all, business is done with people, not just companies! Your hobbies, favourite book, favourite quote, whether you are into Gaming yourself, etc.
I have always been a fan of online poker, ever since I was a teenager. I used to play it as a hobby, but it became more serious when I graduated. However, life took me in a different direction, but my passion for the sport remains unchanged.
In terms of my reading habits, it’s hard to choose a favourite book. I can say that the most recent book I read was Atomic Habits by James Clear. The book emphasizes the importance of making small, incremental changes to achieve long-term success, which aligns with my personal belief that success comes from consistent efforts over time.
This also aligns with one quote that I find very factual: “If you don’t fight for your future, you have to accept the future that comes”. This quote resonates with me because it highlights the importance of taking control of your life and actively working toward the future you want.
