Landmark victory for Liverpool stirs activity for sportsbetting

Liverpool’s stellar performance secured a score of 7-0 against Manchester United at Anfield yesterday. It was a devastating afternoon for Manchester especially after the Club has been performing so well recently. The outcome stirred a surge on activity for sportsbetting.

A late goal by Roberto Firmino marked the biggest win in history during a Premier League match. Other goals were scored by Cody Gakpo, Darwin Nunex and Mo Salah amongst others.

Start of the game was exactly what we needed; Super fun, super lively, super active. We played top football against a team in-form. Second half, everything was pretty good. That’s football. That can happen. United has played a super season. I’m not really happy with ours but that doesn’t mean anything at the moment. It’s a very important three points for us.” Jurgen Klopp – Manager of Premier League club Liverpool.

After loosing 7 – 0 to Liverpool, many fans are wondering if Manchester United is able to bounce back in the Premier League. Despite the massive defeat that the team experienced on Sunday, Manchester remains the only UK winner of four trophies this season.

Erik ten Hag’s side conceded six goals in the second period as they fell to a heavy defeat on Merseyside, with Liverpool managing the biggest victory in the history of the fixture.

We didn’t stick to the plan. We lost our heads and we didn’t do our jobs. We know how good they are in transition and we just aren’t running with our opponents. It’s unprofessional. We’ve seen in the past we can bounce back, after the Brentford, after the City game. We let the fans down. I’m angry. This is a reality check. We have to take this strong message.”  Erik ten Hag – Manager of Premier League club Manchester United

Fans on social media are discussing the future of Manchester’s success this season.
